After only two visits, with excellent service by Laura, she found the one. The buying process was fast and easy, and I never once felt pressured to buy something that wasn't what we wanted. Overall it was an amazing store that I highly recommend to anyone!
Took my wife's ring in to be sized. The staff was friendly and helpful at that time. When I picked it up the lady that helped me was very rude and in a hurry to get ride of me. Hand me the ring wrapped in a piece of paper and said sign here on the reciept. I inspected the ring and the repair looked good. Asked her for a bag and if we could check the size. She took the ring walked away came back and said it's good without giving me a chance to see. I bought the ring 15yrs ago from the same store and they act like that. I would have thought they would take more pride in what they do.
Sima is hands down the absolute BEST! My husband and I went in to repair my old wedding ring and we were greeted by Sima. Because our anniversary was coming up in a few days, we decided to browse the ring selection. Sima showed us a beautiful loose diamond that we both fell in love with. While picking out a band to go with the diamond, Sima was extremely patient and helpful in choosing the perfect band. Two hours later, I had a beautiful new ring to wear for our anniversary celebrations. Sima's professionalism and kindness is unparalleled. We will forever be grateful to Sima and will continue to purchase all future jewelry from her and Robbins Brothers. To Sima - thank you for EVERYTHING!
update: John the manager contacted me by Tuesday to figure out what happened when I came back Wednesday evening he was at the door with the associate that originally helped me and they swapped the earrings out with another set without hassle. Bought a pair of princess cut diamond earrings for my daughter saturday. What they boxed was Not the earrings I originally looked at. They are 2 Obviously different sizes one is bright and clear and the other is dull. It's extremely disappointing. Didn't realize until I was showing my husband at home and they were already closed hopefully this situation gets fixed smoothly.
My original ring couldn’t get sized because it was to big on me. We got a very similar ring from Robbins brothers and we were very exited. Sales staff was very nice. When my fiancé went to pick up the ring, this is what they gave him. They also had him wait outside the store because it was almost closing time. Went in the next day and told how rude they were, you literally have to tell them how to do their job. They have a lack of training their staff because they admitted an error to our paperwork. Overall it felt like a fast food restaurant, picking up a wrapped hamburger. No box not even a bag. Keep in mind the ring was bought from their store and sized there. They ruined a very special moment of my fiancé giving me the ring and showing it to me ready for me to wear.
Very nice staff! Rosey took care of us with a lot of professionalism and kindness. She will help you no matter your budget and no matter if you go there only to look around. She won’t give you an attitude because you are not buying there saw that behavior in other places. An unbeatable package when you purchase a ring you’re good for life. Place highly recommended.
We love the place. We bought our rings there when we got married. From the start it was different than the other places we'd shopped. The others felt like car salesmen. Robbins Brothers felt like our friends. We joked that our saleslady was our first friend we made as a couple. We go back every year to get our rings cleaned. Super professional and friendly every time. Would recommend.
After 26 years of marriage, they are still taking care of my wedding ring. I recently caught my ring finger in between 2 metal objects and squashed in my ring. Since they are about 45 miles from my home, the jeweler repaired it for me in a couple hours. Always looks great after being cleaned and polished! Thank you for going out of the way for me
