IN COMPLETE SHOCK!! I’ve visited this target multiple times, but this time I left wanting to leave a review. Not for good reasons. The restroom had only one stall with toilet paper available, no soap. Completely filthy. How does this happen?. Management really needs to get on this. Sanitation is taken very serious not only during covid but in general. As we shopped, very disorganized aisles. And as we were leaving the trash can bin towards the exit was completely full with Starbucks cups tilted, leaking. Even caught my husbands attention. I wish I could of took pictures. Target please do better!
Very clean store. Friendly staff and great products. I will gladly pay a slightly higher price to shop at a comfortable, clean store. Target has a lot of items at a great value and you can shop in peace without homelessness everywhere, or that your car will get broken into like you would at Walmart.
Phenomenal Target store. Everyone is super friendly and the store is one of the nicest and cleanest stores I’ve seen. From the amazing employee at the changing room to the employee at the makeup section. Highly recommend this store! This store should be the standard for all Target stores.
The location is understaffed to adequately accommodate the additional working demands of pick-up and drive-up orders. However, the employees were extremely helpful and responsive to my situation of having had to Uber to pick up my order of cleaning supplies for my new apartment. They were behind on orders due to understaffing and went above and beyond to fulfill my order within a reasonable amount of time.
DRIVE UP NOT RELIABLE. 3rd time this week it has taken 4 hours for my order to process the other two times it took 5 and 7 hours for my drive up order to process. Do yourself a favor and go to Walmart instead. They’ll communicate if they’re running behind.
If I could give zero stars i would. Sylviana is extremely rude. A manager working the front and guest services Sabrina is equally rude. I used the store pick up option only to be told that they are short staffed and couldn’t fulfill my order until possibly the next morning. I had a few baby items for my teething son that i purchased with a gift card my husband went to get the items and was told we needed to cancel the already purchased items and pay for them a different way. Instead of honoring what was already paid for. Terrible customer service.
Went to do a store pick up usually I don’t need to double check their work but now regretting it did store pick up for Christmas items I got home and saw multiple items are missing this store is sloppy and completely unorganized don’t do store pick up workers do not check or double check to make sure your items are in the bags before giving them to you now I’m out of money because of this situation you might as well go into the store and grab your own things Isabella r the manager supposedly reached out to me and didn’t even make sure I got any compensation or refunds for their mess ups practically just said I’m out of money and it’s their faults
The store doesn’t seem to have much to offer. Employees are great but this rating isn’t their fault. Do better target
Love this target,super neat, and the cashiers are sweet and very helpful with using the sales on my Target app
I used to work at what is known as one of the "better Target locations" near Chino Hills and after moving I now think Montclair location is much better than that location. The inventory is better, the store is cleaner, better managed and the staff seems a lot happier.
