The black tall skinny girl named morena is sooo rude and doesnt even know what she’s saying. she was on her phone the whole time for like 5 mins before she called me. And when i ask about simple questions she starts getting loud and rude and talks so fast and dont know what shes saying. I ended up talking to the next person. This clerk need to know how to respect customers. She shouldn’t be working in the window.
This girl named Rena is rude and talks too much! Like she knows what shes saying but honestly she’s clueless. I know more about the product than her. I come here 3 times a week and she’s always on her phone most of the time before she calls the customer. Very rude and no manners!
I've consistently had great service at the RVC USPS office. The window team is friendly & knowledge about packaging & postal fees. The lobby is clean, air conditioned & well stocked with USPS forms, envelopes & boxes. It also has a self-service kiosk. This is one of my favorite post offices in Nassau County. Thanks! :
I went to this post office and I had such a positive experience. There was like no wait. Just one person in front of me in the line. Travaisa not sure if that’s how you spell it was so kind and courteous. She had a really calm positive energy to her. She answered all of my questions. Helped me pick out the shopping package I needed, and I was on my way. It was literally so smooth that I turned around and asked her name just to write this review.
Understaffed, but they do a good job with what they’ve got.
Awful — actually beyond awful— pay for parking in 20 degree weather wait in line with 10 people. Nobody behind the counter and the kiosk doesn’t even work…I left with my packages. I’ll go try Lynbrook.
This place is worse than the DMV! Never more than 1 person working there and for the most part, not helpful at all. I ran out of tape to put a label on a box and he wanted me to buy tape and I finally got him to put on tape and he only used scotch tape and just 1 side and left the other 3 sides without tape. Useless!
You might remember me from my review about a month ago. Well they have done it again twice since my last review. They lost a package my husband ordered and today lost another package of mine. Maybe it is what is going on with the post office as a whole right now or this office is just downright incapable of delivering things. I would give a zero but I can't post it without at least giving one star.
I will drive pass Valley Stream post office to go to Rockville Centre post office. Always helpful. Quick, professional and clean facility.
Yet another important mail not delivered by this post office. Every morning I receive an email with what is supposed to be delivered later in the day informed delivery and all the Junk mail gets delivered no problem, but my social security card that I’ve been waiting for days... that is included in the email doesn’t get delivered. How is that possible??? a All the other stuff got delivered except that... I hope they didn’t deliver to someone else’s mailbox. I have to constantly run across the street to deliver my neighbors mail that they mishandled all the time. The worst post office I’ve dealt with
