"Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory produces approximately 300 chocolate candies and other confectionery products, using proprietary recipes developed primarily by its master candy maker. These products include many varieties of clusters, caramels, creams, meltaways, truffles and molded chocolates. We prepare a variety of caramel and candy apples, fudge, chocolate items and confections in full view of the customer using traditional cooking utensils such as copper kettles on gas-fired stoves and marble slab cooling tables. We offer speciality selected corporate gifts and party ideas and much more."

The chocolate here is always great! The service is hit and miss. Sometimes it’s great or other times like today the person helping us was using bare hands to handle and touch our chocolate. We did not appreciate that.
NUT ALLERGIES BE CAUTIOUS! Especially peanut This is the perfect place to stop for an after dinner or after movie treat! They have delicious hand made chocolates and treats. I love chocolate covered bananas and I've never had peanuts on them before. I tried it and it was divine! Great spot to stop on a date if you are in the riverwoods!
Just delicious, as usual. Can you say yummy? They even have several white chocolate options. Their Carmel apples are just good. If you have a sweet tooth, stop here.
I love this place it is well stocked with many chocolates with flavors and unique styles I recommend the attention to the public very good.
Amazing caramel apples. The staff gets you in an hour extremely fast so you can just sit and enjoy your treats. They also can cut up your caramel apple for you which makes everything so convenient. The store overall is very clean as well
They have good hot chocolate and also a big bear that you can take photos with if you want But when I was ordering hot chocolate the girls, "working" were laughing and eating ice cream where customers could see them, just straight out of the barrel..... They never changed there gloves after eating the ice cream and making stuff for other customers. It was not very professional to me.
Worst experience I’ve had. Never have been treated so poorly by an employee here before. Didn’t hand the cash in my hand she threw it at me.
*PLEASE PASS THIS TOO THE UNIVERSITY MALL LOCATION I CANT FIND THEM ON GOOGLE* there was a young girl working last night around 8pm and she coughed several times and did not do a good job of covering her mouth. She coughed pretty much directly on my caramel apple. I think it’s just courtesy these days that whenever you’re sick and ESPECIALLY if you work in handling food. My husband now has a sore throat and we are almost positive the girl gave it to him because it started after the incident.The gir was also quite rude and asked me if i would like my apple cut to which i responded yes. the apple was terribly cut, like literally had no lines to it. Really sad with my experience, usually love the service at Rocky Mountain.
They have lots of yummy flavors of carmel apples. My daughter got a apple pie flavored one it was awesome they also cut them for you so they are easier to eat.
Found this store while walking off dinner and enjoying the lights at the Riverwoods. Glad we stopped by as everything we bought caramel apple, cashew bears, truffles, and graham crackers were delicious! A tad on the pricier side, but definitely worth every penny. Great place for a dessert date!
