Rodgers Mobile Homes Park & Sales Inc

We have lived here for 7 years now. Let me tell you how amazing this little park by ncc is. We have never lost power. They plow the roads very well. Trash removal is very timely. The lots are beautiful and I have seen every animal that NH has. This is a hidden gem and I absolutely love it here!

I have lived here for 6 years. First time living in a mobile home so I can't compare this park against any others. Pros - roads are plowed during the winter for the most part and the park is quiet. Cons - water is shut off quite frequently and they never notify residents. The park I'm in is fairly near the dump so you can smell that. This isn't Rodger's fault and I didn't notice it when I was viewing the property. Lots of rules for the park and their maintenance person drives around daily.

My wife and I have lived in Park 1 for 31 years and have not had one issue with the office people. Peter is the best and the office people are great. They are very fair when it comes to holding the rent as stable as they possible can. Any issues that you may have they respond right away. Keep up the good work.

I've read a lot of bad reviews about this park and just can't understand it. I've lived here for 15 years and my wife has lived here for 27. This is the only place we will ever call home. It's a joy raising our kids here, this is a family friendly wonderful place to live. Our neighbors are wonderful. We are very close to shopping, And only a 1/2 a mile walk to the kids elementary school.

I can’t say enough great things about the staff and the park. From Maria in the office, Peter, Ken in Maintance and Mike; all quality people that value their tenants. I purchased a mobile home in April and completed a list of renovations and the kind folks in the office starting with Maria have always answered my calls and my questions with integrity and respect. My neighbors are wonderful - the park has high standards and they should especially today’s day and age. I recently had a plumbing issue after hours and Mike was there for me to answer my call and calm my concerns. Maria and Ken handled everything the next day - I couldn’t be happier, I’m a proud owner in Rodgers Mobile Home Park.

The guy that runs this place also runs a scam with real estate agents/house flippers where he will ensure that they pass the credit check so that he gets a cut of what they make from the sale. I had bought a trailer and couldn’t move in due to being 3 pts too low due to a divorce gone badly. The woman that bought it had made a deal with the owner to ensure that she got it and flipped it-making a 60k profit. Evil and dishonest business people. Karma will come one day.

I have lived at this park for the past 8 years. The neighbors are great and the new management will be more professional than the last.

I tried to contact the office for several weeks and no one would pick. Then when I spoke to the secretary she was very rude and disrespectful. I spoke to several tenants that rent there and they said Peter Graves is VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL not only all tennants but ESPECIALLY to senior citizens. It seems people living here are not happy and they especially mentioned a very foul smell coming from a local dump. The man I spoke said several tennants are on breathing machines and have COPD and dying of cancer. I don’t think I’ll persue living here.

Rodgers development company are liars and will cheat you out of every last cent that they can! I wouldn't reccomend renting ANY property from this company to my worst enemy! Renter BEWARE!

They MIGHT let you buy,but, they WON'T let you sell easily.... Lived there for 30+ years,and don't have any problems with the park officials,UNTIL we try to sell!
