Wonderful group of people! Lance the sales associate was very kind and very sincere when helping me and my girlfriend find the perfect bed! He would not let us just pick a bed. He made sure we tried multiple beds and got our perfect fit. He was patient and caring every step of the way ~3-4 hours I highly recommend this company to buy/rent/lease. And I recommend Lance as your sales associate. He's been in the business for quite a while and it shows. This man definitely deserves this good review!
My husband and I bought a sectional from David and had a great experience. He was patient with our kids who are 5 & 3. Definitely more patience that I had. The guys who delivered it to our home were equally amazing. They had constant caution with our home in regards to making sure everything was handle with care, what our opinion was, and made sure to double check before they left to ensure everything was perfect for us. They explained how to contact the store with any issues, suggestions, or if there was anything they, personally could improve on in regards to their end of the process. You can tell that the three gentlemen we worked with truly care about our expectations as customers and pride within their jobs.
Great experience over the weekend with Lance! He was extremely patient showing me mattresses until I found the perfect mattress. In fact, we went back the next day and purchased another mattress for my mom with Lance. Also purchased a sofa. Definitely recommend Rooms to Go!! This is my third purchase with them. I wouldn’t go to any other store. Definitely recommend asking for Lance as well!! Furniture is great quality and great prices!!
Walked into Asheville/ Tunnel Rd location and was promptly met by Lance. He did allot of listening and gave us the opportunity to walk the show room. He suddenly appeared and answered all our questions. He was quite knowledgeable of all products and helped us fine the right living room set up we were looking for. Great service, great price, great experience. Will definitely be back with future business.
We had a great experience purchasing today. Lance helped us today and he was great at what he does! He was kind and also patient while we made a decision. He was very informative and knowledgeable of the store! The store in general had a great selection and good prices.
I don't usually leave reviews, but after my recent visit, I have to publish my appreciation for this establishment. This place is the perfect spot to find your next furniture set, as well as any additional accessories you'd like to add to your home. The assortment of items they have is so well put together and organized beautifully. The staff are the most welcoming group of people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting and discussing ideas and pricing on their lovely living room sets. They were very clear and precise with what they were saying and answered all my questions with upmost professionalism. I'd especially recommend speaking to Andy, as he was an absolute delight to speak to. Also, the store was exceptionally clean. Usually stores like that are pretty messy, dusty and the sets are a bit disfigured from customers looking and messing with them, but the staff are on it so often that I never saw any faults with anything that I looked at. I even passed by one of the individuals cleaning a section of the store, and they greeted me so politely despite not being the individual helping me with sales. Highly HIGHLY recommend checking this store out. One of the best I've ever had the pleasure shopping in.
Patty was great to deal with and the two others in the office, that I didn't catch their name, were as well. Also very down to earth, had a great experience and now a great new living room set. I also didn't realize that it came with the little pillows I wanted. Such a nice surprise come delivery day...oh and the delivery was awesome, very good guys and they set it up absolutely perfect. I thought I'd have them just put it in the general area that I told them and then I would fine tune the positions after. Nope, they set it up better than I had planned in my head.
We went for the first time to Rooms To Go for a couple comfy chairs for our small living room. We were met with a smile at the door by Lance Kurland, whom we told what we were looking for. He directed us to a few chairs, all very cool choices, and we picked out some blue swivel chairs that are extremely comfortable. They will be delivered Saturday, the day our guests come to visit. Lance was funny, informative and helpful. He definitely guided us to what we were looking for. I will be going back to Rooms To Go when I need another piece of furniture, making sure of course that Lance is there!
This was our first experience buying furniture at Rooms To Go. Our sales associate was Lance, and he was great! He was knowledgeable and so helpful in making sure we got just the right furniture. He was patient as we were choosing the color of the sectional we wanted. He made the buying process so smooth and easy. We would recommend Rooms To Go for furniture purchases and Lance as the sales associate. We will be going back to Lance for a chair and ottoman.
I went in to buy a bed, knowing generally what I wanted. I was lucky enough to run into a great sales lady named Patty. She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Long story short, my new bed will be delivered on Jan. 3! UPDATE: I somehow managed to leave all of my sales paperwork at the store. One of the employees found it and they promptly got in touch with me and held it until I could come back to the store and pick it up.
