Last Monday we went by Rooms ToGo in Asheville,NC and looked at some sectional couches and was helped by a real nice man named Andy. Today we went back over and took my mom. We settled on a great power sectional and power recliner. Andy was so nice and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us. I recommend RTG for your furniture needs.
Patty at Rooms to Go on Tunnel Road. AMAZING! I worked sales for 8 years and I know the deal. I was worried I’d have a pushy salesperson. Patty educated us, showed us the best, had us try out the Ferrari of it all! We had a budget when we came in and after trying all of it out, we explained what price point but desires we had for a bed and mattress. She listened and wasn’t pushy. She also educated us enough that we knew we needed to spend a little more to get the best bed for us! I usually hate going into these stores because I walk out feeling pushed and in debt. She was patient with our kids and rewarded them for their behavior. I felt like I took my well educated Mama bed/mattress shopping with me to buy the perfect bed for our family. I couldn’t recommend a better sales employee!
Came in for a bed room set and a dinning room table and patty saved the day! All we could go by for what we wanted was a description of the bed set and a picture of the table. Thanks goodness for Patty!!! She knew exactly which two items we were looking for! She’s is great at what she does! Rooms to go should value her work ethic! Thanks for the new furniture Rooms To Go and to Mrs. Patty!
Dave did us a great service today, helping us with our newest living room package. Straightforward and no nonsense. He was able to substitute the tables we wanted without breaking the bank and explained everything thoughtfully and clearly. Good person to have on your team. Thanks, Dave!
We have been shopping for a modular couch and Rooms To Go had the best quality for the value! They also had great stock in the showroom for trial and for delivery which was an issue we ran into at other retailers we considered. We worked with John Cleveland who was very knowledgeable and courteous.
Don’t have any pics of the new furniture because we don’t have it yet. But Andy was simply delightful to work with. He gave us time to browse in the store. Never once hovered over us like some pushy salespeople can be. It was a flawless transaction and would definitely purchase again just based on Andy’s service! Can’t wait to get our new sectional!!
