Rossi's Philly Cheesesteaks

Ordered by phone went to pick up, food was fresh. Nice clean and comfy restaurant. The owner was very polite, they just opened not long ago but definitely a great sandwich spot. Will be back again as the sandwiches especially the original are fantastic.

First visit. Definitely the best Philly cheesesteak I've ever had in Louisiana. Place is easy to miss due to the location but we'll worth the search. Prices can't be beat, $9.95 for a whole. We shared a whole Wiz Steak and I could not finish my half. Very tender meat and fresh bun. Staff is very friendly but expect counter style service. We will visit again.

I have had the Philly cheese steak and it is good. But the shrimp Alfredo is amazing fresh huge shrimp, you can absolutely tell the sauce is homemade!!! Garlic flavor on point I was very impressed!!! Love this place

Friendly staff but I definitely was makeable at home but it was a hot mess...it took FOREVER like an hour for them to make a ham and Swiss cheese sandwich with noting on it and nothing was toasted or melted, the cheesesteak was flavorful but was FULL with Greece, we had to wait more because they ran out of supplies and had to go buy them. We couldn’t really eat it so we were like handing them money because we had to go eat somewhere else. The place was very hot and was not really a pleasant visit I don’t mean to sound rude but it does say to write an HONEST review

Outstanding food, good prices, and fast service. Seating area could use an update and a little more decorating, and the parking lot especially trying to exit is atrocious, but none of that will stop me from returning again and again, the food was just that good.

Was told they weren't serving any of the pasta dishes on the menu on a Saturday night. Really?? Slow service and cashier did not know menu very well when we asked about an sandwich. I was so excited to try this place but left very disappointed.

y’all this man joe who owns the joint makes b o m b sammies & fries. order the fries with a sauce and those bad boys come dressed to the nine’s : whole different sandwich from a poboy. i would compare the quality of the cheesesteak joe made me last friday to that of a roast beef poboy from domilise’s in nola. yeah. excellent. xo’s for joe!

Horrible owner. Treated my partner with no dignity. Everytime I see the now hiring sign go down, I wonder how long it stays. The longest I've seen is probably a couple of weeks. Gordon Ramsey is a saint compared to this him.

To be fair, I ate here when I think they just opened. The owner was under staffed for the day 1 other employee so...other than waiting a while for pretty much everything...the sandwich i had was FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!! I don't go to downtown Covington very often and thought he closed. Happy that is not the case...I will DEFINITELY be going back!

Ive had philly cheesesteaks in Pennsylvania and I have to say this was far better. This food was so good, my friend and I split an extra cheesesteak even though we were both already full. Would recommend!
