RotiGrill
"Roti Grill is a uniquely different take on the traditional Indian restaurant. Order-up-front instead of the more formal sit down dining atmosphere. For a reasonably-priced Indian meal that's served in a modern setting, delicious and delicious, you can't beat that. Roti Grill has excellent lunch meals with desserts, divine chicken Tikka Masala and Navratan Korma, and delicious Mango Lassis. And in case you're super hungry or just a massive fan of the food, you can opt for the Texas-sized portion of any entree. Vegetarian restaurant & vegan restaurant options are available. Roti Grill is located just above Uptown Dallas, TX, and a couple miles west of Old East Dallas. We cater too!"

The food at Roti Grill was disappointing. The samosas and the sauce they were served with were probably the best part and had the most flavor. The paneer on the salad had no flavor, but the portion was large. The biryani and the curry did not seem to have a good mix of flavors like I have had elsewhere. We will likely not eat here again.
Great service, great food! This is the second Roti Grill I've been to after Frisco, TX. The food lived upto expectations and the Texas portion is quite big for two! It was great to see more non-Indians enjoying the food here! Naan could've been better though. Vegetarian options: Great Indian Vegetarian options available!
This is a great casual eatery for Indian food. I’ve eaten here a hand full of times and is a go-to when I’m in the area. Today we had the samosas, chicken curry, and lamb vindaloo with garlic naan. The service is quick and the staff are courteous. The prices are similar to what you would see at a sit down Indian restaurant.Food: 5/5
The food is good, but the service is rude. We got take out, after the order was placed we were given a number and ignored for 49 minutes. We finally approached and the gave us food that had been place on a back wall. I was rudely informed they had been looking for us. However, no one had been looking around the dinning area, no one called our name nothing. I asked what the tent number was for, and she said, "what number." When I said the 10 I just handed her, that she was holding. And she rolled her eyes. We waited 40 minutes! We ordered at the counter and waited! No one seemed anything but annoyed when that was pointed out. I had also topped 20%. Don't do that, they don't care. Addendum, when we took the food out of the bag we discovered they melted the packaging somehow.
I am sooo obsessed with Roti Grill!! Their mutter paneer is amazing! I also love their malai kofta and veggie samosas!! SO GOOD. I’m about to place an order right now… LOL but yesss highly recommend!! One of my favorite places in Dallas :Food: 5/5
Great customer service and really good food! Fresh and hot the 2 times I've gone. I order the platter. It gets a 4 star because the spinach with chic peas was way to salty. Other than that, I'll be returning to try something else.Food: 4/5
My bf and I have come here a few times and it hits the spot every time. We always get the texas size portions - it’s enough for us to share the dishes and still have leftovers for another meal, plus it comes with your choice of naan or roti. Great bang for buck in our opinion. We’ve tried a variety of their dishes, but our favorite is probably the chicken korma, masala, makhani, and vindaloo. Their rice pudding for dessert is also very good - light and not overly sweet.
Good and popular it seems. Liked the food and the vibes. Good but not excellent if you know what I am talking about. Spices are there but it seems something missing. Service is good!
When I say this place was amazing!!! IT WAS AMAZING! I am a big Indian food lover personally, I think the na'an bread was lacking compared to the rest of the food! My husband got lamb biryani & I got chicken biryani! The lamb was cooked to perfection! my chicken was amazing. However, I would have liked it in smaller pieces, so it would've been easier to pick up with the na'an. We got garlic na'an The staff was patient with us while in line ordering! They were VERY quick to get the meal out! & when we finished with a bowl & or plate, they were quick to clean it off the table! It was so nice to be able to sit & enjoy our food without being interrupted every 2 minutes to boost a tip! The music was just right! You didn't have to yell over it to talk or struggle to hear your conversation! But it was also very just homey like it was a very comfortable energy level place! I honestly would 10/10 recommend!
Ordered at the restaurant for take out. Service was friendly, food came out quickly but the flavour profiles were really bland and lacked the depth that I expect in authentic East Indian food. The Alloo Paratha was the most disappointing both in taste and texture. The food however was fresh and well packaged for take out. Vegetarian options: There are many vegetarian options on the menu. Parking: Busy surface parking lot shared with other restaurants.
