Love the way we were able to handle things online and didn't have to go in because it's such a stressful time. The cremation was done within a few days and we were able to have the service by the end of the week and everything went very smoothly
Was not very prompt on getting us the death certificates even though they said everything was going to be ready for us to pick up on a certain date and everything was expect the death certificates, which I had told them we had come in from out of town and needed them asap, after waiting for 3 days or so they still have not gotten them for us, so we went to the health department ourselves and got them! Was very upset and stressed out with the whole ordeal!
