I truly do not understand how this office stays in business. My nephew is sick with Covid, so my mom went in to get his prescription so he can get some medication. Immediately the main doctor yelled at my mother to stay outside not even bothering to let her explain that he had moved to Pamona over a year ago and needed a prescription from his old doctor in order to get proper medication from his local clinic. she even went as far as to state that my nephew was not even a patient in that particular clinic in over a year which again my mom tried to explain but she did not want to hear it, and that my mom was not a medical professional so how would she know that she doesnt have covid, which again he is quarantined in Pamona and far away from her. When she finally did get a prescription, she only prescribed him ibuprofen. He ultimatwly had to be taken to emergency general where he was prescribed Zithromax. I don't know if she'll ever read these reviews or if she ultimately cares but if you do read this doctor Sababa, shame on you. I've had doctors visits during covid who have been kind and patient while you get angry and made my mom feel contagious and dirty. I understand with Covid comes risks, we are all dealing with it everyday. If you feel that you're life is in THAT much danger then perhaps you should retire and seek some other profession. Her staff however was super lovely, the nurse at the front desk deserve a raise for dealing with her. I'm sorry I didn't catch her name.

I grew up with Dr. Sababa and I wished I knew I could have changed my doctor. She was my doctor from childhood to adulthood and I wish I could have known that I could have changed physician. I grew up overweight and she would always tell me to lose weight. I grew up traumatized going to the doctor as she would always tell me to lose weight in such an insensitive, frustrated, demeaning, and derisive tone. Because of this I struggle with going to the doctor now and I have created a negative association with the doctors office because of this. The staff was great especially Glady's, she is AMAZING, but my issue was with the doctor. She is insensitive and lacks compassion. She would seem annoyed too when i would go to the doctor. I am so glad that I have moved on now.

Wow this doctor it's really bad... She think the ibuprofen is the best medicine cause she only gives ibuprofen.

Doctor to all of my kids from birth. Sometimes very busy but staff always kind. The lady who does shots, I am sorry I do not know your name, you are wonderful. Always funny!

I took my baby to dr. Sababa from the time he was a new born to about two year old. My son was a sensitive child and took some time to warm up to people. He also had a problem and needed to get surgery at that time. Dr. Sababa was really rough on him. She didn’t try to talk to calm him down or be friendly. The clinic was crowded and it seemed like she was always in a rush. He was so scared of every medical facilities and cried every time he saw medical staffs near him. He was really traumatized. Two years ago, We change our health care insurance to Kaiser. Medical staffs at Kaiser are way more compassionate and understanding. They really try to make him feel safe. It took some time for him to feel ok at the hospital and now he is doing great. He is four, I am glad he has no problem going to the hospital and talking to doctors and nurses.

I don't know what university she went but this doctor is really bad and the clinic smell really bad

I’ve been taking my daughter to this clinic and I am planning on changing clinics for her because I can honestly say this clinic will give you a bad experience. First the nurses are just extremely rude and not gentle with my baby what so ever I recently called because my daughter was very sick and was indeed of special antibiotics I told the nurses that I needed the medication fast & they told me they were busy and they would call me back shortly I kept calling and they kept saying the same thing and would never call me back the doctor is also not gentle with my baby it seems like she’s always wants to get everything done fast and isn’t caring at all with my daughter I do not recommend this clinic to anyone !

This the only doctors office I have experience in my 30+ years of living that welcomes you with open arms as family!! Dr. Sababa has the answer to everything you need to know that can help you with your children and also, she have you & ‘ and out in no time where my kids still have time to return to school for the rest of the day..:

They rarely have appointments and never do walk ins, if your child is really sick and needs a consult they won't take any consults an hour before they close.

Dr. Sababa has been my sons pediatrician since the day of birth, 9 yrs now. She does an amazing job. I drive out 20 mins since I don't live in the area anymore, its worth it though.
