I trust them way more than I will ever trust Oconee memorial hospital emergency room Oconee Memorial ER is a joke! I went to Dr. Alams urgent care because I was really sick & the only thing Dr. Kevin Dosik, from OMH ER, did was send me back home & told me to keep doing what I was doing & I would get better. No bloodwork, no x-Ray, no flu or strep test, he just looked down my throat & that was it. I have great insurance! They also refused to let my husband in to sit with me. Dr. Dosik doesn’t want anyone else in there with the patient period. Not to mention he’s an arrogant pompous... I got worse & by the next day I was taken to the medi urgent care. I had to have a nebulizer treatment, an antibiotic shot, & a steroid shot. Also had an x-ray to make sure I didn’t have pneumonia again.

I have seen Dr. Alam at Medi-Urgent Care several times. He seemed a bit cool at first, but he really is perfectly nice. I think he is a bit shy, and so that appears as being abrupt. He has always diagnosed and treated me correctly.

My Mother was trying to reach Dr. Alam and left several messages and no one called her for two weeks. She was very sick and finally went to an urgent care. No one ever answers the phone to speak to a human being.

If there were a way to leave a negative star, I would do it. He misdiagnosed my sons X-rays on two different occasions. We won't be seeing him again.
