I liked how easy it was to get my pet taken care of. Didn’t try and tell me I needed a bunch of stuff my dog did not need. Pricing was fair and service was fast and I didn’t have to wait long. I would definitely recommend
Kitty burst stitches 4 days after surgery. So they were willing to stay late to accommodate how far we lived away. Totally great experience!
They do a great job and with our difficult dog, he's big and scared and they take the time dealing with him, very nice and caring great customer service
Had to have my pups eye checked. We were from Houston and needed a vet. They were great! Professional, accommodating & friendly! If I was moving there, I would pick this vet for my full time vet
i have taken both my Yorkies to this vet and have paid their high prices for our treatments because its the only place around i can make an appointment to bring them in. But today my 3.5lb yorkie had a fall and hit her head and started puking, i called and the guy that answered did not seem concerned at all! he said he could schedule me to come in next week with her. I was shocked to say the least. He said they are appointment based only, i asked him so are we suppose to schedule when or if our dogs have an accident? he then told me if it was an emergency the closest place i could take her was Portland, 2 hours away! Mind you this is on a Friday at 10:00 am in the morning, not even after hours. They may have just lost two patients, the amount of money i have paid there for the care of my pets and this is how they treat us.
Not too excited about this place. It's extremely smelly and the doctor didn't know anything about the breed of my dog. The services are overpriced and when they cut my dog's nails they hurt him. They are good for shots but that's about it. I really think they need to focus on cleaning and being more knowledgeable and professional.
I drove all the way from Portland! I've had the best experience at any vet so far they're so kind and considerate and make sure to go over everything and really listen to your concerns. I don't mind driving 3 hours to come to this vet at all it takes me a little longer because I go highway 30 route. The Portland vets aren't taking any new patients and they quote people extremely high like outrageously high right now. The vet that I saw I don't remember her name she was amazing so kind to my dog Radar who was a rescue and has a temperament due to being scared. Her and the vet tech were just so amazing I can't speak any more highly of this place I am so happy I chose this place to come to originally I had been scheduled at a different clinic months out and all of a sudden they called and said they would have to reschedule me for another 4 mo out I was like um no that's not okay. Well there loss Safe Harbors gain and mine and my fur babies gain because I think it happened for a reason. So again thank you for such a pleasant experience!
I have been there one time. Tried to make a second appointment and was told that they needed pay upfront because I was a new patient. They couldn't find my name or dogs name anywhere. Ok so it's all about the money. I get it in Covid times we are all trying to just get through it but really?? Whatever happened to caring, quality professional service.? I will be driving to Nehalem vet. Not fancy or big just people who will see my senior dog and treat us with respect.
