Saint Brendan Park

I participated in a craft show at Saint Brendan's in Hilliard. It was well planned and executed. We had lots of help from a local boy scout troop setting up. Attendance was very good.

I recently moved here and called the office to get some information and spoke to a woman who was apparently just passing time till 5 o’clock. She seemed very uninterested. She told me to make an appointment to see the priest, and took the name of my previous Parrish. I needed to coordinate a time with free bus for seniors and the priest, and I asked if there was a bulletin board or list of some kind of parishioners who were willing to drive older members who had no transportation as we did at my previous Parrish. She just said no as if it was a imposition to even ask, and then silence, so I just said thanks and goodbye and that was it. I did not feel welcome at all, and have not pursued it any further. Hilliard Express free transport van for seniors is extremely busy on Sundays and schedules on that day are backed up at least a month, with some of the morning hours permanently taken. Hours are 9am to 3pm, so many offerings like daily or vigil Mass and confesssion are out unfortunately, not available, and I can’t afford Uber, but hopefully I’ll be able to get there sometime soon, and find a more congenial priest and staff.thanks

We love this parish! It is a wonderful, inviting community. The priests are lovely!

Had a great mass by Fr.Bob and the Deacon who gave the homily was quite charismatic

The sermons aren't as engaging as you'll find elsewhere but seems to be a well run church for the few years I attended.

Love St. Brendan Church,I have been attending the church 4 number of years. Like all the services St B's provides St B's have been practicing all the covid guide lines. Feel safe at church. One hour out of busy week,isn't much.

A lot of construction makes it harder to navigate, especially after hours activities when certain doors are locked. You need to find out how and where you can gain access. In my case, I am wheelchair bound. At present, the church has one building where services are held. But if you need to get other parts of the church, you'll probably need to go outside. The parking lot is hard to navigate at night and in severe weather conditions, especially ice. My wheelchair could have a lot of trouble here. I can't stress enough to contact someone with full knowledge of the building and construction areas and any blocked access points.

My husband, son and I attend church here. We love it! We especially love our time in adoration together.

Great church, great school & excellent educators. An impressive athletic program. As an alumni of both,, i would reccomend this parish to any family looking for a home church.
