We required a Sunday a.m. ER visit today. Nothing but great things to say about it! Thanks to Ann, Becky, Jennifer, Adam, Kirstie, Cindy, Rhonda, and Dr. Leach for a professional AND compassionate experience! I know I left out a couple of people at the entrance and in the course of the morning, but I couldn't get their names! Thanks to them as well! Kudos to all of you!
Staff is nice enough but if you go for a same day procedure i recommend finding some place else they give you a check in time but dont tell you it 4 hours before procedure plan on 8 hours for colonoscopy and egd
It is the very worse Hospital in the entire planet hands down I would not recommend a dying dog to be seen by any of the medical personnel or staff located there at the place that doesn't care so it is a complete waste of time trying to look for adequate assistance addressing a medical matter not only is it the worst bandaid and Tylenol so called hospital it's also a guaranteed dead sentence facility so heed this as a warning don't enter the death trap because there's no way out of their clinches.
I will never go back,they are the worst hospital ever,I don't care if I need a band aid,The nurse practitioner is a joke.Never met anyone so rude,or incapable of taking care of patients...I'll die before I go back there again...It's worth the drive to Mt Vernon..Go to crossroads...She's a joke...
We recently took our daughter to the ER at St. Mary's Centralia for what seemed to be a seizure. They were very quick to get her into a room to be assessed. We were completely satisfied with the care she received while there. The noteworthy part came when we went on to Children's Hospital ER per St. Mary's recommendation. Once we arrived at Children's, they commented multiple times about what a great job the St Mary's ER team did in regards to the tests they ran. They commented that St. Mary's actually went above and beyond what they at Children's would have done. So, well done, St. Mary's ER team! Thank you for taking great care of our daughter.
My grandpa recently passed away in the ER at St. Mary's. The entire staff from the doctor, nurses, supervisor, respiratory staff and everyone involved were wonderful to us. I knew how busy they were and not once did they make us feel like we weren't a priority for them. Their kindness and excellent care will forever be appreciated.
0 stars ! Do not recommend!!! I was sent to ER by the Ssm Clinic for an MRI. Sat in pain 7 hrs! Still never got to see a DR! After 7 hr of waiting they announced they no longer do MRIs on the weekend.. funny I got here at 4pm on a Friday if you had got me in we could have got that MRI done! This is negligence! If your in pain find a different ER! These people are careless & just hatful they would never treat their own family the way I was treated! Smh! Just trashy!
As for the inpatient ward, there was a heavy set nurse and she cursed me out . I was nothing but respectful to her . I did kind of give her the run around to take a shower before I got discharged ,but the shower wasn’t working properly .This woman proceeded to say” you’ve been b****ing about this shower and didn’t even take it”. I’m 19 this woman has to be 30-something ,and it’s never okay to talk to someone like that .
I really don't have anything good to say about 90 percent is the er staff. Lack of care lack of experience lack of education. I think someone had their grandma come in and write people's names down because she was super lost. I may have to travel a bit but I'm done with this pretend nurse and doctor business everytime I go there. May your karma be public to those you let suffer.ok I had to add this because I noticed your response comment. You employees are heartless. You are not sorry just look at your reviews it been like this for years. Under staffed under qualified and heartless. Don't waste your time on a response fix your hospital. I among many other people suffer dearly when we come to you for help. Go run a trash business.
Spent 4 hrs in the ER never ever seen a doctor,they ordered an x-ray which never happen. Patients have a Waite time of 2 to 4 hrs very disappointing its an emergency room for a reason.
