I could score much of this company 5 stars, but in some areas I could also score a 1. Overall, Edgewood is a wonderful company. The president seems like an amazing guy and they are lucky to have him. They offer so much support through zoom or phone calls through corporate which was amazing. Great training opportunities with most departments, but they were geared for a different building type of what was in our region. There are a few departments which were so difficult to work with and get help, but the majority were wonderful. Training upon hire by my direct supervisor was about the worst I have ever had, although I liked her-then realized she was resigning which made sense as to why things went the way they did. I was told some non-truths when hired about bonus potential which ended up being one of my main reasons for leaving. My next direct supervisor was very nice and supportive, but was less knowledgeable than most of the Directors in the region which had it's challenges at times. I was disappointed that I wasn't offered an exit interview. I had much to share that I feel could have been beneficial to the company, but they didn't ask. They have great training tools for new hires and great systems in place. Again, overall a great company....just a few kinks to work on within the region for Executive Directors in my opinion.
