Nice cabins for a great price, management and maintenance is awesome and go out their way to help you with any issues.
The 5 stars are based on price $25/night full hookups, all pull-through sites, and ease of negotiating a big rig with a car in tow. The actual park greatly resembles a drive-in theater of days gone by. It’s simply a large gravel area with many newer electric pedestals. Checking in was easy but unusual for rv parks. Once we found the spot we wanted we hooked up and called their phone. We provided the site number, our credit card info, and we were done!
My girlfriend and I were road tripping in a camper van from Albuquerque to Carlsbad Caverns National Park and needed a place to stay along the way. Stayed at Sands RV Park and had a great experience. Haven't stayed at many RV Parks so don't have much to compare it too. Nonetheless, we thought it was great and what stood out the most was how friendly and helpful the owners were. Was also very reasonable priced, especially compared to the other RV Parks in the area - would recommend.
This RV park is very clean and maintained with super friendly people. Our crew call safe and extreme pressure washing we're in the area cleaning/detailing RVs. Amazing, welcoming, honest, and trustworthy residents. Maintenance personnel is very friendly and informative.
The campground is pretty nice. It's a clean campground for how busy it is. The manger was very friendly & beyond helpful. The do have a laundromat at the campground which I love! It's also very reasonably priced.
Real quiet and secluded. Not so many regulations and no deposit! Hassle free are the best places
