Horseshoe Creek RV Park

Large spacious with wider than usual roads in RV Parks. Owner was very friendly and accommodating. Was planning on staying one night and stayed four nights. My neighbors were very friendly, shout out to Keri and Aaron. Very reasonable rate!

Great park to stay at while working. You can let your kids run around the park. Super quite. No stealing or any issues. They have security at night. Will stay here anytime I am working in Carlsbad. The owners are super good people. I do not have one complaint. Wifi is good for just email but you can pay 3rd party company 50 dollars and wifi is super fast and can stream movies. Really nice laundry room. Spots are very large l, level, and hard ground.

All around a great place to stay! Very polite owners an helpful. We stayed there several months never had a problem. Very quiet. Although the price point was a little high for not having any amenities. They do have WiFi but it never worked it’s worse than hotel WiFi! The only problem we did have was when we left got finnally got to our next destination the next day an intended on calling an paying the last two nights of our stay an instead of us calling an paying the automatically charged out bank for over 100$. We never confirmed the transaction. We most def planned to pay it was the fact that they charged us without consent. Needless to say I will never pay another park with my card knowing they MAY keep it on file an charge without you knowing anything about it or confirming it! We had three different cards on file they randomly picked a card of there choice an over drawed that account instead of confirming it with us! I hope this helps!!!

Great stay. Clean, free of insects, pet friendly and kind staff. Stayed for 4 days to visit the sites in the surrounding cities. We will be returning to this hotel only, on our next vacation vacation here.

I been here for 3 weeks and I cant complain they set me up in a perfect area and the place is very peaceful with respectful neighbors. I'm going to be here some years and I'm planning to stay here most of them hopefully nothing goes wrong lol! Management has been amazing over the phone before I even got here. Meeting them in person was even better I like that they answer return calls and help you in what they can. The laundry facility is very nice I had to clean up the mess others did and we should all clean up after ourselves to have a pleasant time washing and drying. The dog park is perfect my dog actually enjoys it alot it's not always packed so it's perfect for your furry friend to concentrate and do his deed. Otherwise theres an amazing dog park 3minutes away so they can burn some energy. Overall I'm happy here so far

Was a nice little spot to call home away from home. The spot we had gave us a little bit of a great view. The people who lived around us were the same types of neighbors you wanted back home. Everyone worked hard and respected one another and at the end if it all made pretty good friends. I hope to make it back out and enjoy it again.

The place is physically fine. I have been here for over a month and it is clean and safe. However, anyone looking for a unit should know that there's no cable, they charge $40 a week/$80 a month if you want internet, and electric is not included. $700 a month literally gets you nothing but a lot. I have been in parks all over this country and never been charged for internet. The price gouging does not stop at the motels here in Carlsbad.

Awesome very nice people stayed 2 night safe and quiet good for a family trip the kids and pets are safely away from major high wayectthey can play freely if I comeback this way ever again itvwill be a must stop! Enjoy great clean property

They basically kicked me and my family to the curb because I caught them price gouging. They sent a new lease agreement stating the rent was $675/month which I knew my neighbors were paying that in the beginning when I was originally paying $725/month. It didn't bother me until they started to micro manage everything on their lease agreement. Sent them emails wondering when I would start paying the $675 annnnnd got a call from them a few minutes later telling me I had to be out of there by the end of the day. They have no morals or backbone to establish dominance over their park.

We have been here over a month and they are making changes slowly. It is a very nice park and the amenities are nice like the ice machine. We were told at the beginning there would be FREE WIFI, we stuck it out and waited and now that we have WiFi, you have to pay $80 a month. Let me remind you that we already pay $700 a month!! We came from the Midland/Odessa area and not once in any park have we had to pay for WiFi. The first few weeks after the install, it was free. Now when we login, we have to pay for it. I refuse to pay $80 for internet when your already making a fortune for people to stay here. This may not be a deal breaker for some, but it is for us. We can go down the road and pay the same amount with free internet. And when you have children, you need TV especially with cooler temps approaching.
