Sarafina is the best store for needle felting supplies.  The wool is incredible and the best quality that I've ever bought.  They carry so many beautiful colors and types of wool.  I've shopped in the store and online many times and would highly recommend Sarafina. The staff is the best.  Everyone is friendly,  knowledgeable and very helpful.  Sara makes the best online tutorials too! I've learned so much from her.

Sarafina Fiber Art is my go-to place for excellent YouTube videos on how to create beautiful life-like 3D needle felted animals. The step-by-step directions and videos are so easy to follow, and the kits always include a generous amount of the materials needed for each creation. The wools and tools carried in the shop are of excellent quality, and are nicely packaged and delivered very quickly. The Sarafina staff members are all  knowledgeable and friendly, ready to help with any questions you might have, and Sara herself is more than generous with her talents and advice. You get the feeling that this is more of a family than a business. I highly recommend Sarafina Fiber Art if you are interested in learning how to needle felt or if you are already proficient in this wonderful, creative art form.

My new adventure for a creative hobbyist. Their website, you can order products needed for felting. All types of wools, tools, etc. Orders are received in a speedy manner. For me, it's only an Hr and 10 mins away. Therefore, I pick up my orders. Sara and her Crew are ultra informative, professionals, and, the friendliest, down to earth Women. Sara has tutorials you can follow on You Tube.

I have been dealing with Sarafina for the past 3+  years and  I can't praise them enough.  Their products are ALL first class, which in itself is amazing, but on top of that, they provide excellent customer service and are always available for help with anything to do with wool or related tools and equipment.   If that isn't enough, Sara and the crew provide FREE tutorials on a vast array of subjects, all listed in an easy to find format.  I don't live in the USA, but their prices are more than reasonable even with exchange and duty.  They source their wool from businesses which raise sheep in an ethical way and they also support a number of charities.  It's a one-stop shopping experience that you won't be disappointed with!!!!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Sarafina! The products are amazing! The Zullitool is a must have if you are a felter. The wool is gorgeous and easy to work with, Shipping has always been super fast! As an added touch, Sara does the absolute most amazing YouTube tutorials. It's really set a standard for others to live by.

Best support and customer service ever.  They have unique products that fill a very specific need for needle-felters.  Cutest on staff are Milo and Finley . Sara is extremely talented and she openly shares her techniques with others; the majority of it for free. She has developed a long-standing group of customers and followers who are very loyal to her because she has earned it. Watch a tutorial and buy a kit to get started. You will not be disappointed!.

I want everyone to know that I have purchased wool from all over. Big box stores don't do it several on line large suppliers, Etsy and even local. I have never found wool that felts like Sarafina wool. It is easy to mold into shape and I actually haven't over felted in any one spot like happens to every one of us at one time or another. Her prices are super fair for the amount you get and shipping is outstanding. I will never ever purchase fiber anywhere else!

SarafinaFiberArt is THE place to go to learn needle felting, purchase supplies for the craft, visit her amazing Art Shop in Maryland, etc.  Can't say enough good.  All staff and Milo are friendly, helpful and fun.   I started with Sara, and continue to return to her for fiber, tools and video tutorials for specific help.  Enjoy, people.  Great fun.
