The employees are made to push premium products on customers, instead of making the checkout process easy and fast. They're told to keep the customers in the store for as long as possible. They ask for your email at checkout, so they can send you spam, but they don't gain anything from it, so it doesn't really make sense. Other than that, the employees are very helpful, and try to find the best suited product for their needs.
Great shop with great service. To bad it's closing
