The Scandinavian Library is a place to connect with the Scandinavian community. The Library is open on Saturdays, 11am-3pm, September through June.
The current collection consists of approximately 6000 volumes by Nordic authors and/or about the Nordic countries and their culture. The books are either in one of the Nordic languages or in English, and most can be borrowed for one month. We subscribe to Svensk Damtidning on a weekly basis. We also have DVDs available to be loaned as well as well as children's books
Our mission is to provide the Scandinavian community with books and movies and a meeting place.
The Scandinavian Library has 100% Cotton Bags with a zipper available for sale for $10. The bag is available in blue with white lettering or black with gold lettering.
