Please like my review if it helps you! If you don't live here already.... You don't want to... I used to live there but am now in another park about a mile away.. it is owner occupancy only which isn't terrible.... But they don't enforce the rules on those that live there. They have had 4 or more owner changes in the last 7 years or so. They have been raising the lot rent to the point where I believe they are among the highest if not the highest in the area. You have to pay for water and trash... You can't chose your own trash company and they just raised the cost of water again to almost double what it was. Only one good upside... And probably why they keep raising the rates... It is about one of the cheapest places to live in this highly rated school district.

Slowly turning into a ghetto. Have had multiple vehicles stolen by people living in park, have seen Federal Marshalls out here several times. Management won't let you have more then 2 vehicles even if you have more then two driving adults in house.

It's a nice place to live. Rents kind of high but what isn't nowadays. Management is nice and understanding.

I recently came here to buy a mower that was advertised online, the place is better than some, worse than others..3 stars is what i would give it based on my initial impression and the info given to me by the guy i bought the mower from.

Don’t move here. SHITTY management. Got mold, crack in my ceiling, outside rain water has seeped into the walls non of this our fault, all they do before someone moves in is bandaid fixes and management STILL keeps blowing us off. If I and my family get sick from this mold, or the ceiling caves in, I’m sueing.

Shawnee Hills mobile home park is a trashy place to live. Molly and Melinda are a horrible team. And the owner shame on yourself for slumlord in it. Mobile homes are trashy and falling apart. Molly is not a maintenance person.

Amazing park, best little community on the far south side, great grounds crew, keep it going!!!

No signage throughout the community. Individual homes are hard to find, especially at night. Roads and common areas are in poor repair.
