My husband and I were late arriving with only a short time to visit. We were greeted by a Designer. This was my second visit to Sheffield after about five years ago. Nothing has changed. CLASS! I personally could spend the day there viewing all the Beautiful Furniture.

Great place to get ideas and obtain pillows and other accessories, new items arrive every week. Always changing, see something new all the time. The sales people are excellent, my go to expert is Lauren. Top notch service.

We love our new furniture! The selection at Sheffield was great and having the help of a designer was nice too. We expected the arrival to be delayed due to supply chain issues, so no complaints there. Our contact kept us updated as pieces came in. The only disappointment was that the designer did not come out to the house during delivery as it was described during the purchase process. I expected her to bring her room layout and direct the delivery team on where things went. Instead, I was the one directing the delivery team. It kind of felt like they had the sale and the follow through of making the delivery/installation feel like a high dollar purchase was lost or forgotten about.

This is by far the worse furniture store in the area. All of the "services" they offer is with a +300% markup. And they NEVER deliver when promised. Unless you're in the mood to taken advantage of, do not shop here.

It has been our great pleasure to work with Paige and her team. We are in the process of building a new house and Paige has been instrumental with room layout and furniture and rug selection. She has a great eye for both color and fabrics. She and her team are always well prepared when we meet and their follow up is timely. For us, the stress of building a new house decreases every time we meet with Paige.

Dawn helped me find fabulous furniture and wall paper for our bedroom. The delivery service is fantastic. attention to detail and patience is the standard for this operation. We have used them before and the service is consistent .

My husband and I have worked with Diane Ten Broeck three times now and are very pleased with both the furniture we purchased and her expert design advice. Diane takes what can be an overwhelming process and makes it fun! She is patient with us and never hurries our decisions. Diane has taken the time to learn our style and personalities, resulting in beautiful suggestions and an efficient shopping experience. Our furniture is extremely well made, functional, and so pretty. We highly recommend both working with Diane and the products Sheffield’s offers.

We understand the cost of custom work is more than buying something ready made, but there’s simply no comparison with the results you have achieved. The swags with the addition of the bells are glorious! The solar shade does just exactly what we wanted it to do. The new treatments for the sidelights make our foyer look dressed up now. We could not be happier. Thank you again!

We have had an excellent experience at Sheffield. Katie Armour is fantastic and we have loved working with her. The quality is outstanding and she went above and beyond to make our rooms exactly as we dreamed. We are planning more projects.
