Stay away from this station!!! Very bad experience.  Someone from out of town was driving our car while I napped in the passenger seat. They stopped here to get gas on our way through. They got out and started pumping the gas themselves not knowing they are not really allowed to in this state.  An angry rude man in a shell uniform proceeded to come over and tell us we had to stop. Either he pumps the gas or we had to leave. We had been there only maybe 30 seconds/half a gallon pumped so far.  My friend attempted to explain that they were from out of town and weren't aware they couldn't. This man got even more angry and told us to leave.  I don't know what this person's problem was but I know I'm not giving this station my money again. Absolutely horrible experience solely based on that man alone. Based on other reviews he is rude & nasty has a matter of course.  Don't go here.

My wife and I ran out of gas and after walking a mile to this gas station attendant refused to swipe card inside them closed the gas station knowing that I had walked across the street to get cash back to come back and get gas in the gas can to go start my car that my dog is in right now, alone. The nearest open station is over a mile away from this one and that man knows it and was going out of his way to be rude and unwilling to help. He has zero people skills and should not be working in customer service.

The pump staff is really nice and added my Fuel Rewards. I always gas up here when I visit my kid at college. They have nice bathrooms too.

Horrible experience had to call the manager. Attendant took my diesel handle out of my hands and hung it up. Made me pump again. Not sure why. Had to call manager. Manager on the phone was very reasonable. Attendant decided I didn’t get fuel so he wouldn’t let me fill Up.

Attendant was quick to come over to me and ask if he could help as I was entering my rewards number.  Cool!  He replies with,  "my network is down so no rewards!" with an eye roll reminiscent of a teenager and walked away.  This was false as the screen was already displaying my rewards. I waited for the attendant to help the other cars, thinking he was coming back,  then watched him go into office and ignore me. I knew of another Shell station nearby and left.   I hope someone comes up to the pump that had my rewards entered!

The air machine was broken and the attendant refused to refund my quarters. When I asked him to write an IOU so I could show his manager the next day he refused. Wouldn’t let me use the phone to call the manager and wouldn’t call them himself. Completely reasonable requests met with aggression and incompetence.  Update. Came back the next daytoday because the first employee said management would be here. Got met with another know nothing say nothing employee who refused to call the manager, forcing me to call them instead. Two calls no answer. Received a copy/paste message from management on this review saying they’d let the station guy know the situation and that didn’t happen. Still didn’t get a refund and the air machine wasn’t labeled as broken.  TLDR: don’t go to this station they’re running some kind of scam on their customers and probably their employees. Any business where an employee isn’t empowered to provide a refund of FOUR QUARTERS is doing something shady. Employee today made it sound like those four quarters would come out of his pay. I’ll be going back again on Thursday to get my refund and will update this then.

The worker that wear a thick black mask with blk ski pants has to be the rudest person i have come across. I have worked many stations and never seen a attendant like this.

The morning I assume manager needs retraining. He’s been there for at least 4 years so you’d think he’d be, in some way, helpful, at the least. I’ve lived in the Woodstock area my entire life. I’ve known it to be a friendly area. Yes the homeless have become an issue in the last 3-5 years, I recognize that. But this morning when I asked for help when I’d locked myself out of my house after taking my dog for a morning walk, very obviously in distress, and I asked to use his phone and he MUMBLED NONSENSE at me in response and then just stared at me. So I went to plaid where the guy working understood what I was going through, and allowed me to use his phone which then allowed me to go pick up a key for my house. Amazing what happens when a community helps each other. But hey, thanks morning Shell manager, for absolutely nothing. If it were up to him I’d probably be standing locked outside of my house with my small dog for another 3 hours and a half hours.

Edwardo will cheat you.  He tried to charge me extra for gas.  Do not trade at this station.

If I could give it 0 I would! I tried to fill up our gas can for our yard tools as soon as the clerk saw the gas can he shouted we are closed I just called the store says they close at 10pm....... it wasn't even 7pm! I have only tried to use this gas station a handful of times in 15 years and everytime I've had a negative experience and am reminded why I never go here! its worth it to drive down to linwood and king to use chevron they are amazing and have better service and gas
