Leasing staff is friendly, responsive, and helpful. Apartments have been great so far. And one day my AC broke, and Jose on the maintenance team was very helpful and got the air conditioner fixed for me fast. Thanks Jose!
I am extremely pleased to inform you that Yuniel, the maintenance technician who provided us with the services, did the job very well and He completed it in a timely manner, He is cool guy and friendly, Also, Don Luis Mi Tocayo and his kid are always checking with me if everything is working well in my apartment. Really happy with their customer service. Thank Sheridan for having such a great team!
Not a family-friendly or dog-friendly community. Management neglects to perform their basic duties. There are ten 10 streetlights that don’t function. Missing canopies at the pool decks, dozens of stray cats, and a vagrant who sleeps outside building 28. Highmark posts reviews of their maintenance team to google as though the resident reviewed the property, not the maintenance. Disingenuous. So much mold. Simply not a safe place to live

Apartment searching can be quite overwhelming, but with Nicolina, she made it an exciting and rewarding journey. Overall, my apartment searching experience was a positive one. , I was able to find an apartment that met my needs and preferences. Remember to stay patient, organized, and open-minded during the process, as finding the perfect apartment is worth the effort. I have lived many years at Sheridan Ocean Club and could not be happier. The location is fabulous - a bike ride to the beach. Publix and Walgreens very close by. Location! Location! I have always had amazing response from the office and the maintenance department is top notch. Due to the recent rains a few months ago - the maintenance dept. did an excellent job and contractors were called in to take care of any problems residents were having. Jose, Juan and Luis to name a few are very personable and very competent in taking care of any problems residents are having. The office staff have always been polite and helpful with any problems that I had recently being in one of the older apartments. Also, did I mention this is one of the few pet friendly communities near the beach and most of the residents are very friendly - it is a great place to live!
Its always a pleasure with Jose. He is quick and efficient with everything he has done for us. Today he came to fix the stopper for both the shower and sink in our master bathroom. He did the job quickly and it came out great. Thank you so much Jose!
Luis Angel provided maintenance services today at my apartment and he was professional and did a great job. My AC was on the fritz and he came within less than 12 hours to come and address. I was told the unit on the roof needed to be replaced and that is scheduled for tomorrow. He gave me a portable unit just in case my AC gave out overnight. What a great guy!? Thanks Luis!
My 5 months of experience in Sheridan Ocean Club Apts are all good. Anytime I needed maintenance service it was taken care of the next day if not the same day. Pool and gym is always available, clean and secure. The lanscape is taken care of periodically . I am happy and I think this complex is managed well.
*** MAINTENANCE REVIEW *** YUNIEL has provided outstanding service numerous times; his service quality and customer commitment make him an excellent addition to the Sheridan Ocean Club maintenance crew. He will attend to any of the property's manteinence requirements diligently and efficiently, with a cordial and positive attitude. Excellent customer service!!!
