Sheridan Suites Apartments

Stay could have been better. My biggest gripe was there being VERY low water pressure when I want to shower in the morning. Not only that, the water was barely warm. A good, hot shower is super important to guests and especially myself after a long day of traveling. Also, in our room, we went to pull our phone charger from the one outlet and the electrical plug almost wanted to pull right out of the wall. There was an ice tray left inside the freezer 1/4 filled with nasty water left there god knows how long also. I also found a few leftover items/garbage from previous guest stays under the bed indicating extensive cleaning is rarely done. Lastly, I could not find any ice machine on the premises. Maybe I wasn’t looking hard enough, but if you want fresh ice…this isn’t the place to get it. If these items were fixed, maybe I would consider returning. Office staff was friendly/fast.

This experience at the Sheridan apartments have been a wonderful experience for me and my family. We were able to book last minute and THANKFULLY the front office manager Ben I believe he is the manager or one of them waited for our late check-in arrival! Office closes at 11pm if not mistaken. And Mr. Ben PATIENTLY awaited our arrival though being closed. Once we arrived his welcome was more than pleasing for us all. He escorted us to our room and explained everything available for us. The place was amazing! It was a home away from home and that was all thanks to the staff who preps the rooms before guests arrive and their cleanliness was also above average! POOL WAS AMAZING!! Definitely returning here on our next visit!!

If you’re looking to stay here to save a couple bucks BE CAREFUL. My car got towed from their private parking lot even after paying the hotel for parking. A $200 situation all because I forgot to put their flimsy parking pass on my dashboard one night. When I informed the front desk their response was “‍‍‍ Not our problem. Stop being such a baby.” I’ve never had worse customer service in my entire life. I don’t know what kind of scam they are running… I’d take your business somewhere else.

All of the staff was phenomenal. The room was very clean and beach was close 5 min. Very accommodating with the hurricane evacuees . Allowed my pet and returned my deposit no problem . The price was great for the room. I had one across the street from the pool . 2 queens and a futon efficiency . Perfect for what we need.Rooms: 5/5

Love my stay here. The guest and manager were phenomenal. I would recommend it. Front desk staff were very nice. I would recommend this place. Also the lights and relaxing areas gives you a piece after a long day!Rooms: 4/5

We stayed here with my colleagues and everything was cool. Our apartment was clean and full-furnished, we didn’t cook , but if you want you will find all necessary stuff for it. Pool is clean and stuff is very friendly. Thank you guys for your service ;Rooms: 5/5

My fleight was declined and I found this place because it was close to Fort Lauderdale and the price was not very expensive. I have never stayed in Sheridan before , but I really like this place. Private property , great studio , the front desk is very friendly and manager is always in touch she is not afraid to give her personal number and very attentive. This is rarely in a hotels. Swimming pool looks good I didn’t swim but next time when I come I believe that I will definitely do it and stay more. Good apartments and service

Where to start? I guess I'll start with my personal experience and stay. It was GREAT!! Staff... Dayana is amazing super nice and helpful. I showed up early so my room wasn't ready but i had to use the restroom so she walked me across the street where my room was and let me use the staff restroom plus they have a pretty comfortable pool area w/smoking area i was able to use and relax as i waited. She was very explicit about the parking permit and what would happen if i didn't put it in the dash so i made sure to follow her instructions and everything was fine. The room is very spacious and comfortable i happened to be by myself this trip but definitely would be great for a small family of 3 or 4. So very resonably priced comlared to others in the area, and great central location between Miami and Ft Lauderdale. I personally would stay here again. Now all that being said I've read these other reviews before i posted and all I'll say is this, ALL hotels have rules and regulations if you don't follow these rules I.E. smoking; not putting your parking permit where its supposed be, you risk suffering the consequences like car towed or deposit not returned, its unfair to this establishment that guests would give them a bad review for they're own actions. Take accountability for yourself.

Some reviews are very aggressive and I do not why , because the front desk was very friendly and helpful , our apartment was clean. We have 2 cars and nobody towed it. We liked our stay , I believe that people can live there for a long time Rooms: 5/5

The rooms are dirty and have roaches. They have deposits for everything and will find reasons not to give them back. You will pay for your room and then pay an additional deposit that you will never see. Also you have to pay for a permit to park there or else your car will be towed away. Also depending on which side you are staying at you will not have access to the other so you either get the pool or the garden not both. Also if you are a smoker you only have two separate areas where you can smoke. I understand not smoking in the room but why can't you smoke in the chair right outside your room. I would never recommend this place. Also the room you are showed before staying there is not the room you will stay there. You say deposits are refundable unless you find a reason not to. When I asked for proof on why my deposits were not refunded they couldn't or wouldn't show me. Not the place I would expect and would never recommend.
