“My idea for Sheril Ann’s™ started when I was nine years old. This is when I learned to how to bake with guidance from my mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. The oldest of five children, we would bake 5 to 7 pies at a time and always had company stopping in. I baked in 4-H, fundraisers, and even for working women in Columbus when they saw my ad in the Columbus Dispatch classified section. I baked over 100 dozen cookies for their orders alone. I had an opportunity to sell my whoopie pies in vending machines as well as providing homemade cinnamon rolls and doughnuts for my family’s concession stand.
In 2008, I took my passion for baking and decided to start a business since my children now had their own families. Sheril Ann’s™ baked goods are nostalgic, delicious, homemade, and all-natural. I started out with my no bake and chocolate chip cookies, banana bread, and caramel corn, selling them at South Pointe Flea Market and Farm Marketing. I only had a table, two chairs, and $1.00 sign with my name on it.
Today, I am working hard to establish my bakery and share my passion with others. My product selection has greatly expanded, including many seasonal offerings. I hope that you find my baked goods and candies as special to you as they are to me.”
