I love my local Sherwin Williams store. They truly are the best minds in the decorating industry. I am confident at every visit I will get the best advice tips and information to help my project go smoothly. The staff is always friendly knowledgeable and eager to help me. The 40% off paints & stains isn't bad either ;. Thank you for so many years of quality paints products and service at exceptional prices.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. So far, they've always had the paint I needed in stock and mixed in just a few minutes!
Helpful sales staff. Didn't try pushing more than what I needed.
Their paint is really expensive and they automatically push for the most expensive gallons before telling you that the lower cost items are just as good. Washability was the distinguishing factor between the top priced gallons and the more "moderately" priced ones. Also the sales person spoke so quickly that it was hard to understand and process what she said before making a decision. We made the decision purely on cost because we didn't hear everything that she said about the products. She ran thru the explanations too fast.
I have encouraged family/friends to use the color consulting service several times & finally got to use the service myself. It was very helpful, useful, fun & extremely worthwhile. Will definitely continue to recommend this service.
When you have so many colors to choose from, it was nice to have an extremely helpful sales associate to help narrow down the choices based on what you really want. She nailed it-- not too pink, not too yellow. Perfect!
I would tell them to see the same person who helped me both times I was there, Michael was extreamly helpful and polite, I really enjoyed the 2nd time visit, it was early morning and he was very nice and helped us get the right paint and explained our options.
