This was my first time coming to a Sherwin Williams and I needed guidance. I knew the colors I wanted, but had questions about which sheens would be best suited for our project and so on. The man "helping" me smirked at every question I asked and made me feel stupid for not knowing the answers already. I recommend a different location if you need advice.
Horrible Custom Color Policy!! I asked them if they can match Behr colors. They should have said “no”, because they CANNOT. I asked for Behr Sultana, a light, ashy purple-grey, and they gave me Barney the Dinosaur Magenta. When I brought the can back, they offered me 50% off a new can. What stops them from giving you green when you ask for blue and shrugging and offering 50%? I will never shop here again. Also $100 for a gallon of paint? Go somewhere else.
Casey has been wonderful both times we have been there. What an amazing human. I love when people talk to me like a person and not a customer. I will always go here for paint because of him.
I needed to have some new trim stained to match my dated red oak. The technician did a great job and took all the guesswork out of the process for me. Also, the prices were cheaper than the other store I called.
Their color was so far off I have to spend $2500 to have the painters redo the job. Sherwin WIlliam's response is that "We would be able to get the color close but not exact." My wife and I are in disbelief that bright yellow and lite olive green are that close and acceptable. Our contractor called Sherwin Williams to get it corrected and there was no resolution by Sherwin Williams.
I would not recommend this location, especially if you are a woman and/or do not know a whole lot about paint and the painting process. I, not knowing much about paint, had questions regarding the different lines of paint, color families, costs, etc. After thinking I had left the store, the two employees proceeded to stand behind the counter and make fun of me and the questions I had asked. I stepped around the corner to let the employee making most of the insensitive comments Steve I think his name was know that I was still in the store and that his behavior was inappropriate. He proceeded to apologize to me, but who does that? Belittling and making fun of customers to make yourself feel better? Think you look cool in front of the other employees? Something against women? Or just pure ignorance? Likely all of the above. I will be sure to ask Steve all about the medical field next time he’s in my hospital for a procedure and then turn around to my colleagues and make fun of his ignorance. Be better.
From the moment I walked in I was greeted by a sales clerk and then the store director assisted us with Mr order. I thought the service, product knowledge and knowledge of the paint needed I would have never known to use house paint on the inside of my garage. Thank you for a great experience.
Very pleased with our experience at this store. Bradley was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He saved us money by helping us determine that our old paint was still good just needed a good shaking. We live closer to other paint stores but will always come here due to how well he treated us.
Great and knowledgeable people. Give you what you need.
Very nice and helpful staff. I was in and out in under 10 mins with the exact shade of lilac I had previously in the bathroom that I'm remodeling right now. Highly recommend.
