Went here for breakfast. It was fresh and delicious! Pricey at $42. We still gave the young man $14 tip for outstanding service.Food: 5/5
We stopped in for a late breakfast and ate from the buffet. Decent selection of items available. We came back right before closing time and they made us a turkey club combo to go. After a long day of walking all around Gatlinburg, this was one of the best sandwiches ever.Food: 5/5
Well for starters parking was awful. The floors where so slick you couldn't hardly walk. The person getting aware order cause you can't call her a waitress non English speaking an she smelled like feet. Now the food was the worst I've ever had in my entire life. An to top it all off I spent a 100.00 for 4 people. Please people do not go there it will make you sick as a dog. Please listen to my warning !!!!!!!!!!!
UPDATE #2: It's the next evening and I'm still sick from this place. UPDATE: This place made me SICK and I was sick all night long. Other people in the reviews said they also got sick after eating here. We were there at 6pm and everything was dried up -- even the Club crackers wrapped in plastic tasted old. The grapes were good, but that's where it stops. The restaraunt smelled like b.o. The waitresses never asked us if our meal was good --no doubt because they knew that slop wasn't fit for human consumption. We often enjoy the Shoneys in Sevierville and Lenoir City, but I'll NEVER be able to eat at any Shoneys again. That's how bad this was. Farewell, Shoneys!
My husband & I not only received hot, delicious food off of the buffet, but also top notch customer service today by the whole friendly team! Words can not describe how far the extra mile they all went neither can it express enough appreciation of my gratitude!! Special shout outs to Judy- helpful hostess & cashier, Christy - attentive waitress, & considerate Lanni!!! Thankful for a reasonable priced, quality meal on the strip! We will definitely be back here next time we're back in town!!
My wife and I stopped here on Aug 3rd 2023 for lunch. It wasn’t bad but not the Shoney’s I remember when I was growing up. Very small dining area but the service was good and the food wasn’t that bad.Food: 3/5
This was an awful experience. Not at all like the Shoney's I remember growing up. We ate here yesterday or didn't eat in my case. The restaurant is extremely tiny. It has a tiny barbuffet. Everything on the bar was dried up. It was gross! The food I did put on my plate had zero! flavor! I was so disappointed! I picked around and finally just gave up and covered my plate with a napkin. My husband and our 3 kids all disliked it. And for us 5 we had to pay $73 for that slop! Made me sick to my stomach. The ONLY thing good about this place is the sweet older waitress that work there. The quality of food isn't their fault. But it was awful! Do NOT waste your money and eat here. It'd inedible! Plus where it's in Gatlinburg we had to pay $20 to park! Parking: It really stinks to pay $20 just to park. It makes our family not even interested in visiting again. Everything is too expensive there anyway.
I visited this restaurant on 8/16/23. Bri the waitress was awesome . The food however was horrible the fish was so hard & dry from sitting . This place is a joke 1st time there eating in Gatlinburg will be the last . was good but how can you mess that up RIGHT

I feel bad giving it a 2 star but the food was okay and service not by fault of the waitresses was horrible we waited for almost 45min to get drinks and tell them we where just getting buffet and at the time there was one table of 8 in there but eventuallyit did fill up. Unfortunately there was a lack of employees and the 2 servers there where doing their best in a crowded restaurant. I was shocked that a restaurant in a place like Gatlinburg has a hard time finding employees but found its actually quite common in the area. If its crowded I wouldn't go in. In response to reply: Your staff was awesome and doing thier best for the crowd they had. I'm just shocked a place like Gatlinburg has a hard time finding employees.
