google said they were open until midnight and we got there and it said they close their dining room at 10.. it was about 10:05..we get it .when you're done then it's time to leave. so they had carryout available until midnight so we decided to take something home, since it was getting late. well we haven't been to a pizza hut in almost a decade at least..and we eat out a lot since we're also in the restaurant business, long hours they now have the menu on a big board. I asked her for an actual menu to look at because there is no description of ANY of the pizzas so for EACH thing we looked at we had to ask what was on it, to see if it was anything that we wanted. we asked about the super supreme and after being told what was on it we were interested but can't eat the black olives or green peppers so we asked if we could take off those items and substitute them with banana peppers instead. still a pepper, but not one that'll make my husband sick. she said she could take the two items off but it will cost us an EXTRA $3.50!! we saved them the cost of two items for the whole pizza but they wanted to nickel and dime us for our stuff! we chose the buffalo chicken pizza instead, some bread sticks and boneless wings. all I can say is the bread sticks are still good! the boneless were so hard we couldn't eat them..and the pizza was not at all what we had thought. EVERYTHING there has become outrageously expensive but live up to those higher prices with excellent service or food! we were extremely disappointed and probably won't go back for another decade!! thanks for nothing pizza hut, there are enough other restaurants to go to and try out...it won't be yours!
It was nostalgic to be back eating in a Pizza Hut. My wife and I were starving after hiking all day. We are a whole stuffed crust pizza! The employees were nice. The restaurant doesn't seem to be set up to dine in though. It appears to operate mostly as a carry out, even though it has tons of tables.
If I could give zero stars I would have. This is the dirtiest, most unorganized, Pizza Hut I have been to. The restaurant itself is very very dirty. The ice machine is permanently down. The only drinks they offer are 20 oz and they are hot because the refrigerator is broken. The customer service was horrible. We were charged .50 for a little package of Parmesan cheese. The Little Caesar’s down the road is wonderful. Save your money and go there.
Ordered two medium pan pizzas. Could have been cooked longer, for sure. Crust wasn't crispy at all, pretty soggy. Luckily, we we're hungry. It tasted fine, and the staff was pleasant. We were just expecting better. :/
Honestly this was a very pleasurable experience. When we stopped in to eat we were the only people in the dining area and our pizza was delicious. The girl at the register didn't get her name was very nice and super helpful. Thank you for the nice dining experience.
Never been to a pizza place where you had to pay for Parmesan Chess. Ordered a pizza and mozzarella sticks. Pizza came out lukewarm at best and they forgot to make the mozzarella sticks. Literally had to remind them a second time that I didn’t get the sticks. So 10 minutes after my pizza I finally got the mozzarella sticks. The lukewarm pizza was nice and cold by the time I sat down with the family to eat. On the bright side I didn’t burn my mouth.
If you want parmeson cheese or pepper you gotta pay extra for that. Never seen that before, ever. All self service and they ask for a tip . Why would I tip when I gotta do everything myself other than make the pizza. The fountain drinks are basically flavored water. I tried 5 different drinks before settling with the one that was least watered down. The pizza itseft was ok, but overall the worst Pizza Hut I've ever eaten at. Never doing that again.
Went here in pigeon forge. While the pizza was good, the only way to dine in was to order at the counter then wait at a table until they called your number. The soda fountain wasn't available so you had to buy 2 liter bottles and they gave you cups. They had no water and no ice. ??????
worst experience ever. I ordered two pizza and both are tasteless and put all ingredients at one direction you can see in the picture. This is not what I expect from you guys. Seriously very bad.
Went to grab some lunch this place was terrible. The staff was rude as hell and took my 1 large stuffed crust a hour to come to the counter. The fountain machine was broken so we were forced to by 3 dollar 20 oz bottles I mean I should have went to cicis pizza. I will next time for sure at least there I can get wings made they litterly told me no then still charged me for the wings after they said they didn't have any boneless wings go figure over all bad experiences all together
