I love going here. The lady I met was so nice. Her name was Leanne I came in after a long hot day and she was so kind and professional. She truly brightened up my day. A huge thank you to her!

Terrible staff. If you’d like to taste some racism in 2023, definitely head over here. They have hired a bunch of high schoolers with zero experience and who haven’t seen the world but have enough ego and audacity to be racist. The servers were high or something as they couldn’t get the order right despite informing them multiple times and then the cashier girl had the audacity to talk down condescendingly while confirming the final order. Funny thing is the cashier girl being racist was woman of colour herself so don’t know where she was heading with this. Regret spending $30 and would’ve rather gone elsewhere where they respect people.

Beach Day ice cream is really good. $7.49 for 2 scoops is really high.

The person making my sundae did not know how to make it. I received a cup full of chocolate syrup and two spoonfuls of ice cream, it tasted horribly. Customer service was horrible.

Lots of flavors to choose from, nice staff, the single scoop in a waffle cone was plenty, only downside was touristy high prices but that's to be expected for the location

The wait wasnt bad and the staff were nice. An elderly lady behind us in line passed put due to low blood sugar and the manager quickly got her some water and gave her order for free!

Manager is incompetent and they price gouge. $5.98 for a kiddie cup. Will never go back there. Staff is fine. Manager is rude.

Pistachio almond ice cream was good and my family enjoyed their smoothies but this location was unfortunately very dirty and unkept in the waiting area

Expensive. Ice cream was good but not amazing. Employees didn't seem to want to be there or be interested in helping us. Restaurant needs a deep cleaning.
