I bought 2 pairs of beautiful Born boots. Perfect everything.....price, fit, original boxes, fast shipping. I buy ALOT of shoes and I will definitely buy from Shoolu again!
Ordered shoes and decided right after that I wanted to go smaller so I emailed them. They got back to me right away and even tho it showed they’d shipped, they said they could track them down. Told them I’d just wait and try them when they arrived. Got in, too big, did my return label, and got an email right away that they had pulled the smaller size for me and they were just waiting for my return. They have been *awesome* to deal with!
Delivery was super fast and when I ordered the wrong size the exchange process was super easy. They sent a label for UPS and sent my new size out within 1 day of return delivery. Highly recommend.
Shipping was crazy fast, I ordered on Sunday and it was here by Tuesday, granted I live close to the distribution center. Everything was wrapped perfectly. With the coupon I got the shoes for 30 dollars cheaper that I could find them elsewhere.
We ordered shoes for both of us. Easy to find and to order. Free shipping was great and arrived soon after we ordered. Very impressed!
Great customer service when I called them with a hiccup in my ordering process. The shoes arrived in just a couple of days. Everything in mint condition. I would definitely order from the kind people at Shoolu again.
I ordered a pair of Couquett Chestnut UGGS. For starters they came to me in the wrong color. I ordered Chestnut and received Black. The 30 day return policy says to place the product box inside another box to keep the original product box from being damaged otherwise you will be charged a 10 dollar restocking fee. The "original product packaging" my Black slippers came in looks like its been through a wood chipper upon its arrival..... I've decided it's not worth the hassle to try and return them for the correct color. I will keep them as a reminder to myself that sometimes it's best to pay full price from Ugg Australia. I wouldn't recommend this company and won't use them again....
This is my first purchase through Shoolu. Prior to my search for this particular bag, I had never even heard of them. I am pleased to report that they are the real deal -- great merchandise for truly great prices. I love this bag and searched the internet for weeks to find it. I will definitely shop through them again. I appreciate the high quality and fast delivery of my order. Thanks!
My Earth Origins Kamber Navy shoes arrived within a couple of days. They are lovely, with mostly leather uppers; the insole was very comfortable as well. Unfortunately, the size 6 was too large for me and they don't carry the next size down, so I had to return them. I really wish they had fit. It's a quality shoe.
I run a lot of miles and wanted a very specific running jacket from Adidas. No one had it, not even the huge store here in Manhattan. I found it easily on Shoolu. Service was great. Next time I'll look here first.
