Opening in 1961, Sierra Vista High School has been an influential educational establishment in the city of Baldwin Park, California.
Smaller Learning Communities, Advancement Via Individual Determination, Advance Placement courses, a dedicated Arts Department, rigorous courses and an award winning credit recovery program challenge our students to excel in the classroom and in our community. Students are strongly encouraged to participate in Visual and Performing Arts, sports, clubs, and co-curricular programs.
The strength of the Sierra Vista High School Community has been built on the relationships that are developed among staff, students, and parents. The school is supported by our parent involvement organization. United Parents of Sierra Vista is a parent group that assists with fundraising, supervision and various ventures on our campus.
