Called for an emergency appt. The scheduler yawned several times during our conversation like l just woke him up. Gave me an appt a good distance away. I was left in the waiting room until I brought it to attention of desk clerk that I must have been forgotten. Then I see a doctor who seemed nice enough. He thought it just an allergic reaction. But 24 hours later and several Benadryl which he prescribed, I am still very swollen around my eye and my face distorted. As you can guess I am not satisfied with the care I received
Dr. Amy Mehta is exceptional! I know that when I visit the office, I will be taken care of. She’s just excellent at what she does. Her staff Nadine and the other medical staff are just awesome and they’ll take of you. Always an excellent experience! Thank you Dr. Mehta and staff.
Very thorough, mindful of my comfort in exams before MD. Dr Mehta very knowledgeable and offered options and indicated the procedure still of value despite time passed. She answered my questions. We scheduled my surgery. I am very pleased with the physician and the process and the location. Staff excellent all around.
Appointment was for 2:20,more than hour wait time and doctor refused to take patient because my son only 9 years old. Receptionist knew about my son age when she made an appointment. Finally got to the doctor 5 min vision check on board with letters. Done. You need prescription glasses Very "professional ". Definitely will go for second opinion NEVER EVER AGAIN IN SIGHTMD
Accommodating, polite front desk. Dr. Spector was thorough and patient. He did not rush me, my concerns or my exam. He spent a good deal of time with me and I really appreciate that.
My Tech Brianna was kind compassionate caring and a great listener. The staff as a whole are very kind! I had the opportunity to Grace Dr.Hatsis presence this morning and I’ve got to tell you, out of all the years that I’ve seen eye doctors never has any of them taken the time to explain nor show me what’s happening with my eyes. I felt like I was a part of the team. Dr. H listened to what I had to say and gave clear responses. It’s a pleasure to be able to feel comfortable and confident trusting the wisdom and knowledge of Doctor Hatsis! Thank you kindly
Service is always exceptional. Dr Shoshani is extremely efficient and her expertise shows in the way she examines her patients and provide the proper treatment and care.
It was a well oiled machine from start to finish. One tech took me through all the testing, after everything was completed, then the doctor evaluated results and discussed everything. Very was great!
I went to see one Dr my first time he felt he needed to bring in another dr so they could work together. That really impressed me. At the end they told me I have 3 options, continue wearing glasses and changing my prescription, wear contacts or I could have Lasik surgery!!!! So excited, I'm going to have Lasik, no more annoying glasses. I really liked that they explained everything they did as they did it, my previous doctor just did an hours worth of testing, rattling off numbers and when that was over I'd get my prescription
Was seen in a fair amount of time, doctor was very patient and thorough, staff was pleasant, questions were answered. All in all, a very good experience.
