So this was my first at this Signature Medical Center, and liked what I saw there. It was a well kept medical center had to go get X-Ray, I was in and out in 13 minutes and also have a lab but was closed today hence at the time I was the only one there.
Your phone service... is THE WORST Frustrated everytime I call, making me re-think my choice of Healthcare with Signature. When you need to talk to your Doctor; yet you're on hold for 45 minutes just to ask for my Dr's office, it unacceptable. The word CARE is in your name... try doing that for a change!
The drinks water wasn't working but I been giving to this sents I was Lilttle the staff have been good my hole family goes hers for care
I have no say in my own treatment, none . Today I had a tela health appointment scheduled and never received a call . I’ve requested referrals for mental health help and instead my dr put me on a medication that actually seems to be making my situation worse but again I have no say in my own treatment and I get denied and or ignored anytime I suggest or request anything .
They used to give quality care but not anymore. Be sure to read the paperwork they give when you leave. You’ll find out diagnoses you never were diagnosed with and you’ll find Dr. R. T. isn’t truthful about the reasons for the visit or the assessments on the paperwork. I’ve been going there for almost 20 years but now that my doctor retired and I have Dr. R.T I will not be returning.
Impossible to talk to a real person when calling signature healthcare. Hold times are over an hour to talk to a nurse or make an appointment. Go to a doctors office that has time to answer their phones.
I love my doctor and Jan is amazing but ana at the reception is rude, ignorant and very unprofessional. I missed my appointment because she's "not dealing with this today" then proceeded to talk bad about me to another employee. Very disappointed.
I haven't been able to get a refill on ANY of my prescriptions, they don't answer the phones or call back in a timely fashion, some of their nurses have an attitude problem, and it's generally unprofessional.
I always come here to get my blood drawn and the ladies are wonderful, efficient & fast!
Dr. Pozner is an attentive and caring pediatrician. Highly recommended!
