The prices are great. The current Manager is trying to clean the place up. Can't wait to see the newly renovated pool when we get back for the Season. UPDATE: Nov 2016 The newly renovated Club House is beautiful.  Lots of fun events are happening now. Park was sold at auction to a new management company and everything is improving! Rent has gone up, but not by much. They have remodeled the rec room and put in a gym and sewing room, as well as they are getting ready to repave the roads and put in a new dog park. The best change is the kicked out the druggies out and from what gossip says they're planning on making it gated to help keep out the riff raff they have also put new gravel in around all the lots they have also changed the name of the park everything is looking beautiful they upgraded the water lines and electric in all the lots as well love this park have lived here as a permanent resident now for 5yrs and loving the changes

NEW OWNERSHIP AND WOW A WHOLE NEW LOOK! An RV park with a small town atmousfer. The new owners have put a lot of work into making the rv park look great. Each space is well groomed. The roads are asphalt paved for a comfortable and quiet ride through the park. The enmities include a crisp clear and well maintained pool and spa. There are no words to describe the eye popping looks of the club house. Other than, You'll be the talk of the town when you host your next party here. The owner put their personal touches into remodeling the club house. It includes upgraded bathrooms, exercise room and kitchen. The park has a great sence of home and relaxation. Management is welcoming and helpful as well as a delight to talk with. Maintenance is on site and always a pleasure to work out any problems that may arise. A great location and within walking distance to the grocery store, drug store, convenient store, park and entertainment.

Unfortunately a person cant give this place negative zero stars. Previously worked in office for very short time. they were replacing a druggy whom stole the title to an RV owners were out of state they attempted to move it, also moved another off the lot to the frys to get it off property. Meth heads peaking thru office window to search for former druggy manager that sold them drugs...Horrible place & experience, domestic violence situations, no where for the girls to hide except in office. sex & drug trades in the bathrooms. with my background i was allowed to "carry" everyday, they thought i could handle it, even if i could, I wouldn't. You can leave your property alone for an hour, the scums are watching at every turn to break in. Seniors please beware of the Horrid situation there. cheap is not worth the drama & hassels you will have if you rent for even a day there.

I was swindled into paying back taxes on a park model in here with the stipulation that I would eventually get the title. Then, Paul Mitchell, decided that he wanted to buy my trailer out from under me and rent it out. After I did tons of remodeling to the trailer. New toilet, new bathroom tile, new paint, new fridge, new stove, new front door, new baseboards, new $150 main breaker to the power pole that belongs to the park, $380 on the a/c the first year we moved in, and 5 years property taxes when we only lived here for 2 years. The manager, Mike Miosi, had a problem with my husband so he told the court we didn't pay rent and didn't clean up our lot and had his process server lie to the court saying he hand delivered a notice that he just taped to my door. We went to court and the judge wouldn't hear or look at any of my evidence and ruled in the parks favor on the spot pretty much. All the money I invested into this place in the last 2 years down the drain all because, Paul Mitchell, this mentally unstable psychopath who thinks he's the sheriff in here wants to screw me out of my trailer and rent it out himself. The park manager, Mike Miosi, is friends with Paul, so he's helping him take my trailer. What a bunch of scum bags! Don't live here if you don't want to be harassed constantly, the cops called on you and false reports filed, your children to get molested several child molesters call this park home, or just plain don't want anyone in your business. The entire park is bugged with cameras and listening device's all set up by Mr. Mike Miosi himself to constantly violate your constitutional rights.

Nightmare, an absolute nightmare and now homeless and they wouldnt honor our lease. 10 day notice to vacate. They are crooked and the lawyer is in bed with the judge. Just rediculus...  there have been 50 of us booted with a 10 day and not a reason why.

I dont understand why i am not allowed in the park if my boyfriend is the one who voluntarily moved out. It was not my place to talk to management about finances or how fast the bf is gonna get trailer moved. I also never had problems with any of my neighbors. I never had negitive contact with management or his minions. I dont know why i cant come to my friends place and help him do physical labor around his lot since he has had surgery. There should be no reason what so ever that i am being treated like this. Nor should my friend be dealing with the stress. Again i have not caused absolutely any problems and dont understand why they would bring a person grief like this.  I had to hear from somebody if i get seen here. A gentlemem lower than management is going to call the cops on me. I feel this is harrassment and also has my friend worried that his home is in jeopardy. Why do i have to be threatened.?  Ive never been told i was not allowed here. Ive had the upmost respect for every person and will continue to do so. I would like to be given a chance to talk to someone of value. Even if they are not part of management. I would like to know what problem they have with me alone.  And what is the issue with helping my friend.. Its like im afraid to leave the park because if i get seen. Ill have to answer to the cops immediately. This is not fair.   How do i deal with this malfunction and not cause issues for my friend. I dont want him stressing. And i want him to believe that i have never did anything wrong. Just cause its the absolute truth.

I have friends that I love there it is affordable when everything here n az cost because of snow birds it's not a drama free zone but there is not rift raft roaming because management is a hawk always driving securing his trailer rv domain

Place is a meth head Haven always druggies in and out manager needs to report these people the place could be nice if they got rid of the dope heads I lived there for a month and had about 1700 dallors of camping fishing and hunting supplies stolen they even siphened gas out of my RV don't stay there unless you like that environment

New owners and new management. It's Mesa Sunset RV Resort now.. Everything updated and new. Excercise room, Sewing room, new dog walk. Everything being replaced or fixed the right way!!
