They care! Our kitty was seriously injured and the entire staff was so incredibly kind, took excellent care and Dr. Rockwood went out of her way on her days off to keep us updated plus bought different foods to entice our kitty to eat. Excellent service, excellent staff!!!
My cat recently had a life threatening emergency and I had to take him to the emergency vet in Fairfield. Once he was stable I couldn't wait to transfer him to Silverado for the remainder of his care. I knew without a doubt that he was in the best possible care. The staff updated me throughout the day and they never made me feel like I was asking too many questions or inconveniencing them in any way. They love my pets like their own and I couldn't be happier with their attentiveness.
Dr Rockwood is one of the most amazing vets I have ever had the Good Fortune to know. My babies are my family and she cares for them as if they were her own. She is such a kind, caring, lovely person I am so grateful to have her as my veterinarian.
We are deeply grateful for Dr. Julia Campbell who has taken quintessential care of all our dogs since the early 90's. The techs at SVH are kind, courteous, and caring. Dr. Campbell and her staff are exemplary. No comparisons exist. 10+ stars.
We have loved every person who has cared for our doggos. It's a great practice. All the vets are amazing and the techs and receptionists are always friendly and great to deal with.
We were happy with the assistance provided for Phoebe and the thorough explanation given to enable us to address Phoebe's needs. Great bedside manner!
Dr. Paul Hess is an amazing Veterinarian. We have entrusted him and his staff with our animals for over 20 years. He is very knowledgeable, good explaining the situation and teaching ways to diagnose basic issues, professional, empathetic and supportive. We are very grateful to have him as our family Veterinarian.
I've only been taking my dogs here for less than a year, but my appointments have been better than the last veterinary hospital and less expensive. The vets are never rushed and take the time to explain everything, the techs and staff are friendly and competent. I'm so glad I switched hospitals.
I have been taking my pets to Silverado for almost 20 years. They have always been professional, compassionate, kind and helpful. One of the best veterinary hospitals in Napa.
