What a great facial I was given today by Ashley! I was stressed when I first went in but I am calm and relaxed now. Very professional and knows exactly what she is doing. Love love love this place. I’ve had a membership for the past year and plan on renewing it for this coming year! Thanks to all the great employees who always are gracious and greet me with a smile and happy face!!!
I had similar issues with scheduling as other reviews have previously mentioned. I got tired of being out on hold so I just dropped in the salon and made a face to face appointment. I had to wait 7 days to get an appointment. When I arrived I was told I had paperwork to complete to which I replied I had completed everything online. My technician was Ashley and she was absolutely wonderful! However, she never showed or explained any of the products used or that she would recommend for me when she finished. When I met her at the desk afterwards no one asked me if I wanted other services or products or even recommended anything. I’ve never had that happen. Great facial but I don’t think I’ll return.
Of the several spas I have received the same treatment, Skinsation is my favorite. They have always been on schedule and never kept me waiting. My experience with Kelsey was great. She thoroughly explained everything ahead of time and was very professional. I also love that they send out email specials on a regular basis!
Very professional and super friendly gals! Ashley took great care of me and explained the process and what to expect. The gal at the front desk, I think her name is Mary? Was so sweet and helpful. She took the time to book me several sessions in advance for me. I was so excited that I walked out without tipping? LOL. Gong right back now to handle that,!
I had the ultimate facial with Ashley today. I absolutely loved it. I felt so pampered plus the results are awesome! Ashley is wonderful and very knowledgeable. She is an inspiration! I will be back soon.
I've had a full treatment of laser hair removal with Jessica, she's personable and friendly and helped me address the stubborn areas that wouldn't fade away with LHR treatments from other facilities. Their office is clean and well put together - I'll be returning for any other beauty needs.
Terrible place and bad experience I’m doing legs laser hair removal and I didn’t get any results because they use the lowest laser powder and I think they do that to make u do more and more sessions because I have done it for my entire body before and I know what works for me I got good results from the first session my hair was growing so slow!!! And I was doing it monthly now they make me do it every 6 or more weeks and it’s just not working on me!!! If u wanna do laser hair removal don’t choose this place.
I had a great experience with Jackie today getting micronesdling done! I cannot believe my results already, I’m so excited to see what my face looks like in a couple days. I have had a few treatments done here and have enjoyed and been satisfied with them all!
I bought 2 photofacials on groupon. I called and made my appointment and explained that I had a groupon. My appointment was set for Friday at 4pm. When I arrived the receptionist was rude and explained to me that this appointment was for a consultation and I would need to buy skin care products to use prior to my treatment. I was told if there was a problem they could cancel the appointment and I could request a refund from groupon. Which I did. No place in the groupon said anything about a consultation or products needing to be purchased prior. I was also charged a $35 cancellation fee for cancelling the day if the appointment. I have read reviews and nobody has said anything about this issue. I almost feel as if they wanted to go home instead of seeing another patient. I'm very disappointed, I was in the market for new medical spa due to my regular girl moving away.
I was really looking forward to my photo facial laser appt because I had gotten it done last year and I loved it. Well, they called me 45 minutes before my appointment this time to clarify that I would need to purchase a facial serum for $120 from them and use it for a month before I could get my photo facial. I asked why I didn’t have to do that last year and they explained that they have a new doctor and it’s her protocol. So I said if I choose not to purchase the product you are going to refuse my business? Because it worked just fine without it the first time. And without hesitation she said yes I’m sorry we can’t help you. Terrible business practice. Terrible. You guys just lost a customer.
