Place is still fun, but it's gotten dirty. Everything needs to be wiped down or scrubbed. The vinal needs to be patched or replaced in some spots. Overall, it's a good place to bring the kids to burn off some energy, but make sure to bring some sanitizer with you.
Great place for kids or adults to burn off some energy during the long cold winter. Only four stars due to the price.
My kids always have a great time there. The only down fall is when I went to order tickets online there are no longer options other than an hour and a half or an all day pass. Also the vending machines were gone so you're no longer able to buy bottled drinks there. Other than those couple of things it was a good time.
We brought 2 kids to Defy in Duluth. They had fun for their 1.5 hour time that cost $54.00 including gripper socks. Even though they had fun, it wasn’t worth 54.00, also 3.00 for a bottle of water? Come on! The reason I gave it a 2 star is because the cost definitely trumps the fun. Make this activity more affordable for families. Not worth what we paid.
It was awesome! My son and I had fun jumping on the tramps at DEFY today. I was also very pleased to see that they had massage chairs that parents could utilize while their children played. So awesome!
Lots of fun! We go there almost every day! There is one worker who really needs to learn how to work in a kid based environment or needs to leave, she ruins the experience. But if you go when she isn't there then you will have an amazing time!!!!
Defy hosted my daughter’s 5th birthday party. They did an excellent job – the staff were courteous and professional, pizza was arranged on time, and all the logistics were taken care of. We had a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend.
We just went there recently and the moment i opened the door it was really smelly like they have never cleaned the place at all and just letting it be. We are a member and will remove our membership soon. I don’t feel like my kids are safe with anything they touch in that place. May i suggest, hire a cleaning crew if the staff does not really do the job well enough. It is just sad.
Prices were decent, kids loved it. I however would of rather not seen workers sitting on top of side trampolines as they instructed kids not to climb up therewhile sitting above posted note saying do not climb up. Watched another employee dance to a video on her phone while another recorded her. Employees didn't seem to take job serious as others did yrs ago when we went.
An overall amazing time! The staff were friendly, knowledgable, and attentive. They were cleaning the floor, wiping contact surfaces, and assisting guests the entire time we were there. Very impressed and look forward to returning!
