Our mission is to give our clients the full body reSuLTs they have always wanted…FAST! SLT is the perfect combination of cardio, strength training and the most challenging elements of Pilates. Each 50-minute session offers clients a high-intensity, but low impact, heart-pumping, muscle quivering workout. Movements are performed slowly to activate the slow-twitch muscle fibers, leading to the long, lean, toned results we are all seeking.
