We had a frustrating situation that took a while to handle, and we were not at all easy customers to deal with. The entire staff was extremely diligent in doing everything they could to make things right. We bought a great sectional that is more comfortable and affordable than anything else we found in our 3 weeks of shopping around. This place has the best prices in the twin cities, and each member of staff was super personable and did what they could to make things right. I would definitely recommend to anyone to check out Slumberland! Thanks again to the great staff, sorry we were so difficult but we truly appreciate all of your hard work you put in for us.
Justin, the store manager, and his associate were very helpful for my dad and I buying new mattresses. I was long over due for a new one, and his was needed due to the type. With the location closing, they were very thoughtful with giving us some coupons to lower the overall cost. I really would've liked the first mattress I chose, but I was happy with the recommendation they gave me.
I went here to buy almost all of my furniture. I bought a bunk bed for my kids bedroom, dining table, sectional couch and TV console. The price was great and the selection was good. Most of all I had a really great sales representative named Justin. He is the assistant manager there. He was extremely helpful and accommodating . I would recommend anyone who goes to this Slumberland to ask for Justin. You will not be disappointed! Will definitely order here again and again!
Justin D is fantastic!! What a great guy!! I went in to look for a new mattress and Justin helped me find the perfect one for me. He is so friendly and fun to talk to. Great customer service and a nice product!! I'll be back whenever I need new furniture. Kelsey
I have lived. In Crystal MN. for the past 5 years and have had the absolute pleasure of shopping at Slumberland for the past 5 years. The people who work there are absolutely professional, very friendly, helpful, fun to work with, and knowledgeable about all of the products that they have in the store. The prices are so very affordable! I have to tell you that I am going to miss them all., the great assortment of furniture, and the convenience of being able to shop there. Good luck to all of you!
I was looking for living room and dinning room furniture. I had gone to a lot of stores to do price check. And slumberland was the last store on my list but I wish it was the first. They gave me a whole living room set for really good deal. They delivered and set everything up for me for free. And I got approved for financing which put the icing on the cake. If I would’ve gone there I probably could’ve gotten a dining room set as well..The manager Justin was really nice and friendly!
My meeting was postponed near the store, so with some unplanned time I went to look around. I saw a matching pair of lamps at a great price but wandered around the store and found a bunk bed that caught my eye, I have 3 grand kids. My sales associate was helpful and I purchased the bed, 2 mattresses and the lamp. I’ve always had good service at Slumberland.
After a horrible experience at American Furniture Mart, we decided to look here for our couch and table. We had such amazing help from the sellers her and even the assistant manager gave us a discount on our table! We took it home that same day! Beautiful furniture Nd reasonable prices. Definitely check them out. Usually the place is empty and I have no idea why but it certainly was an advantage for us! So happy with my new table, definitly coming back and recommending to others!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Purchased a bed a week ago with the help of Justin who I highly recommend. After my purchase, my experience took a sharp spike downward as it seemed no other employee was capable of being cordial. Everything from the delivery department hanging up on me to being flat out ignored and rushed off of the phone when I called back to speak to a sales associate regarding what’s in stock. No wonder this branch is going down the hole.
We had a wonderful experience at Brooklyn Center location. They were having a closeout and we were given an even larger discount than was posted! The store manager was warm and friendly. We now have good quality furniture to last us for years. Thanks Slumberland!!
