Dr Rizzo is extremely caring, patient and a true professional and his staff are some of the most kind and wonderful people I have ever encountered !!!
I had to get all 4 corners of my molars worked on. 1 cavity and replace 3 fillings. Justina was very informative and cleaned my teeth like never before. Dr. Ryan was super nice and informative and made my 4 visits as comfortable as possible. The other staff was great as well. Thank you all for your help!
I spoke with Cindy last week to confirm all the insurance information. This past Friday I left a message with the answering service to schedule an appointment for my wife and I. When I didn’t hear back, I called the next day as office was open. Spoke with Barbara who said she was with a patient. I said no worries, here’s my name and number - She said when she was done she would call me back. Well no call back. So I emailed and no reply. I was told that Dr. Rizzo gets the emails. I called again earlier today and the woman that I spoke with -another Barbara she said had no idea about my calling and leaving messages etc. This was very disappointing and a really bad first impression. All the google reviews are great and I’m quite confident that Dr Rizzo is an outstanding dentist. Although I was told I couldn’t get in until November 14 and with a Dr. Ryan not Rizzo. Is Dr. Ryan even on the website with his credentials etc? Customer service matters even in dentistry and this was not a good experience. I’ll take my teeth and $ elsewhere. Same with my wife.
Both Dr. Rizzo & Dr. Ryan are Great dentists! Office is run like a tight ship; very clean and organized. Everyone is warm, friendly & thorough. I love they have flexible hours and plenty of free street parking.
I've been a patient of Dr.Rizzo since 2017.Appointment times are always respected and office staff if very professional and polite. I highly recommend his practice to anyone who is looking for individualized tratment and wants to feel welcome. Five stars indeed!
I called today as I had a chipped tooth with pain and they saw me a few hours later. Dr. Ryan was amazing and very professional. He explained step by step what he was doing and advised what may potentially happen if the tooth gets worse. All the staff members were very nice. Definitely would recommend!
Best dentist I've been too! Everyone is so nice and welcoming. They all made me feel comfortable. Lynne did my cleaning and she was awesome!
Honestly the best dentist I have been to in my life. I Have been going to Dr. Rizzo for over 3 years now.... Over that time I have fixed everything with my teeth and starting bringing my family. The staff is absolutely amazing, they are very polite and great with my daughter! Scheduling is always a breeze and they make accomodations for me when I have an emergency. I am happy to say that I have found an amazing group of people that help make going to the dentist a great experience! Thank all of you for what you do!
Team is aces and not just cause we have the same last name. We’re not related but Dr. Rizzo and his team treat you like they are.
Working with Dr. Rizzo was a pure delight. Not only did he listen to my concerns but was very patient and kind. I would highly recommend him and his office staff was amazing. Thank you Dr. Rizzo for giving me back my smile
