Summer at Smith offers diverse programs for high school girls who want to pursue their academic interests in and out of the classroom.
-In our science and engineering program, you can build a robot, or analyze your DNA - we offer much more, so check out the website!
-In our history program, conduct research in the largest archive on women's history.
-Our ESL program prepares international students for the rigors of top college in the U.S., Canada, and U.K.
-Our environmental sustainability program enables you to get hands-on experience in Smith's premier, state of the art science labs, and then head out to Smith's preeminent environmental facility and become part of the sustainability movement!
-Our writing workshop exposes students to best-selling authors, and helps you hone your craft. we have something for everyone!
Smith's summer programs are residential, and you will live in one of our distinctive campus houses with other students from across the country or the world! In the evenings, you have the option to attend lectures and presentations given by well-respected writers and scholars, have movie nights with friends, or experience the arts and culture Northampton is famous for.
