This was an extremely pleasant shopping experience. My husband and I went in for a replacement wedding band. Greeted immediately by an associate, Mark, who inquired about our purpose for visiting the store and then promptly placed us with sales associate, Carrie. We had some ideas, but weren’t sure exactly what we were looking for. Carrie offered suggestions without being pushy or intrusive. She was relaxed, patient, and knowledgeable about the store’s inventory and ways in which items could be customized. At Carrie’s suggestion, we decided to have Smyth resize my original band that I love at a lower price than quoted by a competitor but had become too snug, and selected a gorgeous anniversary to accompany it on my finger. Having previously visited other jewelers both online and in person, we felt Smyth’s prices were not unreasonable. Further, we appreciated being taken seriously immediately while being offered suggestions without a hard sell. I would recommend Smyth for any purchase.
What a wonderful, service-oriented business! My husband bought a special talking watch online, and the band was too big. Smyth adjusted the band for us and did not charge us a penny, even though we did not buy it there! They also offered us soft drink or water while we waited. I WILL be back, though. While the band was being repaired, I browsed some Maryland-oriented displays, including a crab-themed candles and some wonderful and practical crab-themed serving platters. Great gift selection!
Smyth Jewelers was a very positive experience and very accommodating. We needed to redesign a piece of jewelry and choose a chain to match. We always recommend Smyth to all our family and friends. Always look forward to stopping in at Smyth Jewelers.

I pitched my idea to propose to my girlfriend to Peggy the best sales rep ever in the store and she coordinated with the Smyth owners who enthusiastically got on board with providing a perfect and tacit proposal in their picturesque store. Peggy and the owner organized to have champagne ready, flowers prepared, marketing team and photographer, and an unexpected gift bag that included a personalized silver frame with the date of our engagement. Now here's the good part...Peggy is a phenomenal actress who I collaborated with and she convinced my fiancée-to-be to look around for engagement rings without arousing suspicion. When she got us to the ring I designed, she kept Rubi preoccupied while simultaneously pointing me to the ring that was hers because I hadn't seen the final product yet after design...the rest is yet to be history! Smyth went above and beyond from what anyone could expect. This is the only jeweler I'll be going to from now on. I have a Tacori girl on my hands and they know how to deliver!

Bought a beautiful vintage Rolex for my husband for Father’s Day. Brian and Steve couldn’t have been nicer. They found the one we had seen in January and brought it back to their store just so we could take another look. My husband is in love! Thank you!
Carrie is the sole reason we choose Smyth. I can’t overstate the attention to detail, patience, transparency. I find good customer service is on the decline. Not with Carrie at Smyth. Her mission genuinely seemed to be about making sure we got what we wanted.
The team at this particular store is really amazing. Their service is first class and they truly assist you in selecting the right jewelry and not forcing an up sell. This is now our go to store for jewelry
The service was great, they gave a great deal on the wedding band my wife loved. There were even great cookies on hand as well. We’ll definitely return!
