If I could give 6 stars I would! I can not say enough great things about Linda and her staff. While dating my girlfriend of 5 years, I decided it was about time to take the next step but I genuinely had no idea what to look for and what was a reasonable price. Nikki the sales associate walked us through various options and allowed us unlimited time to try on every combination without feeling pressured or pushed into a certain direction which I greatly appreciated. After informing Linda of my parameters in a ring size, cost, style... Linda sourced the best diamond and optimized the rings to be beyond competitive with other stores. A very huge thank you to Hallie, the store photographer and social media executive, who professionally photographed the ring to where the word perfection does not do the ring justice. Without a doubt I will be returning for our wedding bands and any future purchases as the customer service, quality and price is incomparable to any big chain box store or online seller. Highly recommend!
After doing an extensive amount of online research, I stumbled upon St. John's and had a strong feeling this would be the place I'd find my engagement ring!! My intuition was right and then some. Linda and her team are VERY welcoming, NOT at all pushy, and have a beautiful selection of engagement rings, estate jewelry, and other treasures. Linda was extremely helpful, friendly, and communicative when we decided to do a custom ring. I also really appreciate that I was able to take my time trying on an assortment of rings and getting a feel for what I ultimately wanted. I cannot stop staring at my ring and am beyond thrilled for how stunning it turned out. For anyone who is looking for exceptional customer service and is perhaps a little nervous about jewelry shopping, this was a very painless, seamless, and enjoyable experience. We will definitely return!
I could not say enough positive things about our experience with Linda and the rest of the staff at St John's! I was very unsure of what style engagement ring I wanted when my fiancé and I started shopping. It took a few visits to St John's during which I was encouraged to try on any and all of the amazing in store selection they had. Linda even kept us posted on new rings she found at showrooms that she thought I'd be interested in! Ultimately Linda encouraged us to go with a custom engagement ring that combined everything I loved! I am so grateful for her encouragement and enthusiasm around the idea! My ring is PERFECT for me. I could not be happier with the ring and service St John's provided. Thank you Linda and team!!!
Linda and her team are incredibly knowledgable, personable, patient, and caring. They go out of their way to help us. Linda made designing an engagement ring a fun and completely stress-free process. She also was able to expertly take my now husband's grandfather's ring from the 1940s which had been resized for his daughter in the 1990s and make it like new. The ring is seamless, and my husband loves that he's able to wear his grandfather's wedding ring. Thank you for all of your support and kindness, Linda and your team! We will be lifelong supporters!
From the moment I stepped in to the store, everyone there was such a pleasure to work with! I had done some of my own research and they were so easy to talk to, bounce ideas off of, and ultimately Linda created my perfect engagement ring! Linda is fantastic and I love St John's Jewelers!! After doing some research on local jewelers, I found this gem of a place! Important to me was sourcing a lab diamond for my engagement ring. After two visits and plenty of try-ons, I found the ring! Linda made sure the setting and the emerald cut lab diamond were perfect. I am beyond thrilled to wear such a magnificent ring!
Linda was able to once again "save the day" by providing the services that I needed at a great cost and and in a timely fashion. She always comes through! This time she was able to repair the tines on my wife's engagement ring and remount the diamond well before the scheduled gift presentation. Linda and her team are always helpful, professional, pleasant, welcoming and friendly. They are a wonderful part of our community!
Linda with St. John Jewelers took special care to make sure my fiancé’s diamond was perfect. I had a custom design with family jewelry I wanted incorporated in the ring. They had the creativity and personal touch to make it beautiful.
I received one of my late grandmother’s wedding rings recently and I took it in to St. John’s to have it appraised and then repaired and resized. They did an amazing job and I literally gasped when they showed it to me upon completion. Thank you so much for helping me keep a piece of my grandmother with me in such a special way! I am so glad I will be able to wear this for my own wedding this June.
Purchasing my engagement ring through St. John's Jewelers was a wonderful experience. They go above and beyond for their customers. I liked components of three different settings they had in the store and they made the perfect custom ring for me that encompassed everything I wanted.
