This location earns 5 stars for value and keeping your car clean to impress your passengers. Prices are very competitive compared to other car wash locations. I think the gold wash is the best value since I can do the rain-x and put a dash protection on myself. They have an unlimited wash plan that you pay every month and if you plan to wash your car twice or more a month, this is a great option. Also, there’s a buy 3 washes and get 1 free. This can be used for any car and it’s a good option if you don’t plan to was the car more than once per month. Don’t forget to put some money in the tip box, the employees work really hard. Worse car wash. I bought the platinum the most expensive and they told me they dont clean inside door and all mat were dirty? How are people going there and they are in business?

I should have listened to my gut and not went here at all but I gave the membership a chance and washed once. It will be the last time ever. I now have drips that will not wipe away on my front headlight and there is a stain of some sort on the hood of my car that was not there before. He would not remove their error and even attempt to take a rag with something on it to remove the drips. Typical manager says "There is no way we did that". I pointed out my dash that has dust all over at also as they are supposed to have wiped it down with a wet cloth. What a waste of time. This place is 2 minutes from my job so it would have been convenient. I will be driving a bit further to Flagship which I have used in the past and I never had issues with. If you don't mind vacuuming yourself Mr. Wash is also great,super inexpensive. Best thing about this place??? They refunded my money.

The staff was courteous and service was fast however their attention to detail wasn't very good. I  paid for full service  but they just gloss over some areas. They could have done a better job if they weren't so focused on getting the vehicles out quickly.

Place is real bad. Rims are never wiped completely clean, windows always have streaks, vinyl shine is always uneven, and even though you pay for the dashboard to be shined, half the time they don't do it. They will never get another penny out of me. Horrible place.  They need to stop hiring cheap labor and get workers that know what they're doing.

Excellent service. Car clean. VIP card weekday discount still holding. Entrance and exit on Route 1 previously known as Jefferson Davis Highway North bound only. Much safer.

This is not good .they need to improve their service .. I prefer white horse car wash 100%.

My husband & I went to get his car washed today & didn’t realize till we got home that they had scraped a chunk of his tint off. This doesn’t even deserve a 1 star pd but unfortunately yall know how a review works.
