I have been coming to this place for years. Charles and Boat are my favorite bay but everyone does a great job. If you have any issues just ask someone one and they have no problem taking care of it. I have been coming to this car wash for over 10 years. I had stopped at one point because service had went down really bad. Was not getting the service I paid for. I then returned eventually and spoke with Garrett and he assured me I would leave satisfied and a happy customer if I gave it another try. He put Jamerio Jay on my car and after that I was back every other week only to let Jamerio to clean my car. So sad to learn he is now gone and I would have to start over and try to trust someone else with cleaning my car. I gave Franklin and Erick a chance and they did an EXCELLENT JOB! I appreciate Garrett, Franklin and Erick going above and beyond making sure I got the service I paid for and left a happy customer! Bring Jamerio Jay back too! Ebony

I’m not the kind of person who complains. If I took time to this, that means I felt not happy at all. But I had to write this review. I’ve been coming to this car wash for years for my car, my son’s, and my husband. I paid $39 for an interior/exterior. When they finished the work, I was in hurry so I did not check right away, I noticed later the interior was still dirty. I went back the next day, they were closed, I came back to talk to the manager, he told me, there’s nothing he can do for me, it’s been a couple of days since the car was cleaned, even though I told him, I came back the next day but they were closed. I guess the manager doesn’t care if he loses 1 client, I work in the retail, we always go above and beyond to please the client. But here they don’t care. I give Michael, the older gentleman, and his coworker 5 stars, but the last few car washes from other personnel has not been good or stellar.  I was part of the monthly unlimited washes but I plan on stopping it today because I realized that I am wasting my money if they are no going to clean my car properly.  I was paying over 58-60 dollars because I always gave each person close to 5 dollars tips.  I am very disappointed that I waited this long to cancel my membership. I am not discouraging you from using White Horse but I am not happy with my previous car washes.

Nasir and the staff at White Horse has ALWAYS gone above and beyond on all my vehicles over the years.  Today Nazir did a full detail inside and out to protect the paint and leather on my truck.  He made it look better than the dealership did when they handed the keys to me!!!Services:&nbsp;Polishing

Franklin is the most hard working guy from the Woodbridge location. He always take good care of your car. Very lovely and humble guy he should deserve a great reward.
