The first time I ordered in person for take out. After ordering 2 hand rolls I waited over 40 minutes with out receiving my order. I watched as people were seated and served. The woman who I tipped to take my order disappeared! I lost my appetite! What a nightmare! During this experience I had a manicure and pedicure next door. I picked up my order after only to discover when I got home. To Add insult to injury the order was incorrect! This Place Is The Worst!!! Yuck!!!
We ordered a teriyaki chicken and mix tempura. First the miso soup was salty and they did replace a fresh one for us. The mix tempura has this old grease taste and the batter was still not fully cooked. The waitress was nice to tell us they are training some new kitchen staff. It’s terrible experience.
Food was good service was quick. They have a regular menu during lunch. The prices are a little higher for a everyday lunch place. It would be nice if they have lunch specials.Food: 5/5
Prices are more competitive than that other sushi joint everybody knows about, yet the quality is on par. Youre gonna have to get the Nova Roll, it's the best thing on the menu, in my not so humble opinion. And add jalapeños! You'll thank me later. You're welcome in advance.
Really nice staff everyone was chill, food was really good I got the Big Bang deep fried sushi and it was really good, it had a fresh taste to it and I also got the chicken plate which was also really good.Food: 5/5
Well a lovely place and good service ! But the food needs improvement- I had mixed tempura and it was greasy/oily to touch and just tasted like deep fried veggies. They were eatable but could better. The hot tea was ok and never refilled. Will say not the best Asian place and saw no Asian people eating there so I guess just another American place serving Asian food.
We ordered Friday even and picked up about 30 minutes later. It was ready. The food was good, and the fish was fresh. I requested no cucumber, but that wasn't honored. Was disturbed because the floor in front of the register was sticky. On our way out, I noticed the door was really dirty. Not want I want to see so I'm not likely to return soon.
We ordered for pickup to take to our hotel. Portions were small, about 25% smaller than what we have expected. Look at the picture. The $14 roll was small. Poke salad was small too. However, both were very delicious. see picture
We decided to try this sushi place after seeing the reviews and it was a BIG mistake. We ordered to go and the sushi was not edible. We found a hair stuck on the bottom of one of the rolls, the fish was cut improperly into chunks, and even worse is that it was warm and discolored/dry. See photos, which will speak for itself. The first photo is supposed to be the rainbow roll. Wow. Beyond shocked that this place got such good reviews. We threw out the entire order because we did not want to get sick from the hair in our food and discolored fish.
Food was amazing. We ordered a baked salmon roll, rainbow roll, chicken katsu, and more. We all tried it and it was good. Service was pretty fast and the atmosphere inside looked chill. Overall place is pretty amazing. Would recommend. Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly, everything appropriate, and you can bring your kid however I would recommend not to give them to much raw sushi/raw fish as too much can make them sick. But still a pretty
