First day of boxing and we are very pleased with everything the gym has to offer for kid to train boxing. Manny has been amazing and we are so excited to get our kids involved in the gym.

We use this place for our black belt testing every year. We love it. Big facility and clean and great staff.

If this a community center, why does the public have to pay ? Don’t the government or city pay for the building and services?

Well this was my first time there and all I visited was the computer lab. It was great no interruptions I plan on visiting again soon to see what else they have.

If I could leave 0 star review on here I would!!! I am only leaving a review on Google because I have not been able to get ahold of the Summer Camp Director Theresa to help address my concerns. My kids recently started the Summer Program 2019 and I was super excited to have them attended. I attended when I was a kid and loved everything about it. However, within the past 2 weeks there have been multiple issues with the amount of carelessness that my kids encountered in a short period of time. Originally when I signed my kids up, I was VERY specific about my oldest child's health situation. He is severely asthmatic and requires to carry a rescue inhaler with him always. On a recent field trip to Liberty Park, I found out from my sister who picked my kids up that the director of the camp advised my son NOT to take his backpack with him which had his inhaler inside it because it might get "lost" and that the program is not responsible for any lost items.. this immediately concerned me because my son could of easily gone into an attack and would could of died!!!! As a caregiver of children I feel it should of been the supervisors responsibility to ensure that all kids that requires medicine was fully aware and prepared to carry or keep track of it ESPECIALLY on an outing. Further more, I tried to contact the director Theresa to address this concern and have not been contacted at all . I strongly encourage all parents who are involved with this program to please make sure you are aware of the type of care that is given at this program.. I later found out that my son's own caregiver was unaware of his asthma conditions- despite the fact I filled out an entire form providing all of the details of his condition.

My daughter went to the summer program and just loved it. They did lots of fun activities every day and they even take them swimming a few times a week. The staff is friendly and great with the kids. Well worth the money. I will enroll her again this year.

Great Coaches!!! My son started going. They let me help with him. They actually appreciate other coaches. Not like others with their High Horse attitudes who dont know boxing. Other guns with coaches who dont even know how to wrap hands... This place is Great for all ages to ve honest with you. I would recommend for any age any level..

Very good weight room considering the price. Like most rec center gyms, it lacks a squat rack, which is the only thing keeping it a 4 star place for me. They have a good selection of machines and even a spot to do dead lifts, and a set of bumper weights. If you're looking for an affordable gym, I'd highly recommend.
